Nice enough but unsure if we’d revisit.

Quite dark inside. There was lots of limescale on the shower which meant the head didn’t work properly. Likewise the room TV did not work and required attention.

Very friendly staff, we only did one night as a travel through. Hotel is beautiful.

Phenomenal hotel!
Pros:

Phenomenal hotel with rich history and an excellent location. Nice buffet breakfast with a la carte options, and high tea was a highlight.

Super mais déçu du petit déjeuner
Pros:

Nous avons aimé les lieux, l’endroit était super, le confort était bien au rendez-vous. Le personnel du spa et de la réception était également super !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : le personnel n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. En effet, 30 minutes pour 2 omettes (que nous réclamé 3 fois) est inacceptable et pas digne d’un service de luxe. Le manque de communication du personnel nous a aussi marqué, nous avons dû nous lever pour commander car personne ne s’occupait de nous.

Schönes, nostalgisches Hotel in guter Lage.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute zentrale Lage, ruhige, gepflegte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer war eine Badewanne mit sehr hohem Einstieg, daher unbequem. Außerdem war die Temperatureinstellung des Wassers problematisch.

De spontane glimlach van iedereen, het interieur, het comfort.

Cons:

Voor een 5* hotel waren we verrast geen lactosevrije producten te vinden bij het ontbijtbuffet (geen melk, yoghurt, kaas...) Maar we werden verder prima geholpen.

for my wife and I - a once in alifetime experience.
Pros:

The stay made us feel as if we were in a fairy tale. The accommodations representative of a grand era of stately beauty and impeccable friendly service. An absolute delight!

Cons:

We have no complaints whatsoever, except to realize our stay in The Hague was too short.
