Very bad experience

The noise outside, the staff. My girlfriend was told to show a creditcard upon leaving the hotel (no checking out yet) eventhough I checked her in a day prior with my creditcard to be paid in full. Instead they only performed pre approval and my girlfriend was confronted the morning after with a very lazy and rude staff member at the reception (a man) while my girlfriend had a very hectic day to begin with due to Prinsjesdag where she is a prominent figure for the municipality in organising this event each year. I wasn't sleeping in the hotel so I got called out of bed very early with the request to show in person the credit ard at the hotel. All the roads were already blocked so I finally made a phone call but was waiting more than 15 minutes (!!) twice. Finanlly I spoke to a staff member and she told me all was well and my creditcard would be used upon checkout without me showing the card. It was a very bad experience all togethet for me but specially for my girlfriend. So much miscommunication (or no communication because nobody picks up the phone in the early morning) Never again

Heerlijk luxe verblijf midden in Den Haag, net buiten de grote drukte.
Pros:

Midden in Den Haag maar toch rustig, heel vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk gegeten en mooi afgewerkt interieur.

Heel mooi sfeervol hotel in Den Haag
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig je bent in het centrum op loopafstand van allerlei winkel,restaurantjes en culture instellingen.
De lobby en de lounge zijn prachtig sfeervol en uiterst vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Onze kamer een Junior suite viel ons eigenlijk een beetje tegen met name de inrichting het was schoon en netjes bed lag goed maar vergeleken met ander hotels in deze prijsklasse had ik toch wat een wat mooiere inrichting verwacht .

Un hôtel chargé d’histoire.
Pros:

Un hôtel au charme suranné, la salle du restaurant, l’emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville.
L’accueil est très agréable.

Cons:

Un parking privé en face de l’hôtel, tarif un peu élevé au demeurant, certainement lié à sa faible capacité.
