Garden Inn Resort Sevan

I had a wonderful experience dining here, and I want to highlight the exceptional staff who truly made the visit memorable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and professionalism. The host was warm and welcoming, and our server was attentive without being intrusive.

The staff worked efficiently and with clear teamwork, even during the busy rush. Our food came out promptly, and everything was served with care and attention to detail. The kitchen team deserves a shoutout as well—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

What impressed me most was how the staff remained calm, polite, and helpful even while juggling multiple tables. It’s clear they care about the customer experience and take pride in their work.

Thank you to the entire team—you made our night feel special. We’ll definitely be returning!

The bathroom had a terrible smell and was unusable

Avis positif mais avec quelques remarques :
- accueil plutôt agréable de la part de la réception
- place de parking OK car il y a deux parkings
- petit déjeuner copieux et varié
- parties communes agréables
- piscine très bien même si elle est petite
- chaque studio à une table avec des chaises mais c’est un peu surprenant car ça n’est pas forcément juste en face du studio, on va où il y a de la place…

Mais:
- les studios sont très sombres
- le ménage a été fait rapidement car la chambre n’était pas prête et le sol était très gras et la lunette des toilettes cassée
- les photos des studios ne sont pas très fidèles car la partie cuisine est très juste pour faire à manger sur place : pas très équipée, un seul feu qui fonctionne… frigo très petit qui est en plus un mini bar donc pas tellement disponible. ça n’est vraiment pas un studio pour vraiment cuisiner. Et la cuisine est sombre, pas comme sur les photos

It was a good place to escape from City business and hot weather. Staff was good and friendly.

We had amazing family holiday, clean comfortable rooms, very nice restaurant , heated pool. Perfect location, all that is needed for family holiday. There is playground for kids as well. Great service. I recommend to everyone! We had an amazing stay at Garden Inn!

Very cozy, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable; the staff is very nice and friendly ( just like anywhere in Armenia ❤️) . The bed by the pool were also clean and I saw them changing the sheets of the pool lounhers, which doesn’t happen very often. But their pool is very small

Service was slow

Own house, swimming pool and waiter like Davit make this hotel one of the best at Sevan. They’re also dog friendly! I recommend to eat Sevan sig at the hotel restaurant. Trust me it will make your holiday way better.

Cool, friendly, cozy, tasty. Nice room, big and soft bed. Cooler/ac in the room. Great dining experience, meals can be delivered to you from the restaurant. Snacks in mini-bar. Hospitality of the staff-great, 10/10. Cool pool. Fast internet.

Pros:
- Angelina from the reception provided us great service. She was very sweet and helpful.
- The beds were comfortable.
- We took a tour, which was good and the car was very good.
- The heating in the room worked well.
- The laundry service was good.

Cons / suggestions:
- It would be helpful to have more English speakers. Maybe the hotel could invest in an English-speaking course for their staff.
- The room took a long time to heat up.
- There should be tea bags and coffee bags in the room.

Lovely spot by the lake and friendly service (by Angelina). She was very helpful and made sure we were looked after. The restaurant was lovely as well with lots or different food options. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice place close to lake Sevan and the famous church on the peninsula. Nice rooms in private bungalows. Good restaurant and great service of the bartender Davit who has become my new friend! Try the fish soup it is delicious. Much recommended!

I recently stayed at Apart-hotel Garden Inn Resort Sevan and it was amazing! The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with garden views. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The best part of my stay was David, who was so helpful and friendly. He made sure I had everything I needed ☺️ The free Wi-Fi, garden, terrace, and bar were also great perks. The breakfast options were fantastic too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sevan!

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an amazing experience! David was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with all of the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city!

We had an amazing stay at Garden Inn! The staff is so friendly, their food and their breakfast is so tasty. Chef Armen’s cooking was so good. The room is so clean and the bed is comfy. I would totally stay here again.

Everything was very good. The service was excellent, food was tasty, it was very pleasant to stay here. The atmosphere here is nice and calm. Personnel here tries to make us feel as comfortable as they can.

Great hotel in the best location at Sevan. 5 min walking to the beach, 5 min car ride to the Monastery of the Holy Apostles. Special thanks to Davit who helped a lot with late check-in and made our stay as much comfortable as possible.

We stay for 3 days and i can say that its the best place in Sevan to have a rest, to have a fun and to have a value weekend)) there was a restaurant Green Bay and we really love it)) thanks Garden Inn team for helping us in any occasion and thanks for doing their best for us) we will back soon😊

We came here for the second time because it's a very nice and cozy place. The room is big and clean, we had everything that we needed.
I recommend to take breakfast as it's very tasty!
The staff is friendly and helpful, especially thanks to David and Armen.
