Уютный отель с потрясающей терасссой
Pros:

Уютный отель в 7 минутах от центра города.
Номер был небольшой, уютный и очень чистый.
Отдельно хочу выделить террасу, это волшебное место для отдыха и наслаждения атмосферой Грузии.
С нее открывается панорамный вид на Кутаиси.

Cons:

Не сразу удалось дозвониться до хозяина, чтобы заселиться.

The location is really good, everything was walking distance. The room was good. Parking on the street was no problem. The people are really nice and there is a nice outdoor space.

Cons:

The walls are quit thin, so it was quit noisy sometimes with barking dogs and people on the street. No big issue for us, but not super quite. The mattresses could use replacement.

Это второй отель, где мы остановились в Кутаиси . И снова очень радушные люди встретили, тут же угостили бокалом домашнего вина, посоветовали куда сходить. Номер большой новый, светлый, убранный. Есть холодильник и столик с 2 стулльями( не раз ропадали на отели где один стул на двойной номер) и мини балкон. Главное достоинство - это конечно красивейшая терраса с видом на город и горы. Часть террасы закрытая, можно посидеть в дождь, часть открытая. Также есть небольшой сад, где мы и пообедали. Вообще видно, что гостиницу делали с любовью к гостям. Особенно разительно после отдыха на море в Уреки. Всем советую

C’est le deuxième hôtel où nous avons séjourné à Koutaïssi. Et encore une fois, des gens très chaleureux nous ont accueillis, nous ont immédiatement offert un verre de vin maison et conseillé où aller.
La chambre est grande, récente, lumineuse et bien entretenue. Il y a un réfrigérateur et une petite table avec deux chaises (nous sommes déjà tombés sur des hôtels qui n’avaient qu’une seule chaise pour une chambre double), ainsi qu’un petit balcon.
Le principal atout, c’est bien sûr la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la ville et les montagnes. Une partie est couverte, ce qui permet de s’y installer même quand il pleut, et l’autre est ouverte. Il y a aussi un petit jardin où nous avons déjeuné.
On voit vraiment que l’hôtel a été fait avec amour pour les hôtes. Cela se remarque particulièrement après notre séjour en bord de mer à Ureki.
Je recommande vivement à tout le monde !

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. While the hotel is small, it is located in a lovely and peaceful area, conveniently close to the city center, which I truly appreciated.

However, I did encounter some issues that impacted my stay. Unfortunately, neither the toilet nor the shower in the bathroom were functioning properly. No water was coming out of the showerhead, and it was leaking from the sides instead. After a six-hour flight, not being able to use the bathroom comfortably was quite disappointing. I believe the shower requires a full replacement to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Additionally, there were no slippers or bottled water provided in the room, which are usually expected amenities.

I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visitors. Thank you for your attention.

Great location, clean and well furnished rooms, amazing owners and they even got roof top terrace!
Pros:

Loved that hotel, rooms were clean and simple, rooms even got air conditioner + a small refrigerator. But the best part of all of the hotel, was the roof top terrace with a city view, close to the city center. Owners of the hotel were very friendly and always willing to help you out in any situation or on any given questions, definitely worth the price!
