I did not like anything about this hotel. Nothing matched the photos, the environment felt unsafe, the facilities were outdated, and the entire experience was uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.

従業員がそこら辺の接客より良い
Pros:

施設は普通ですが、対応が素晴らしいです。
埼玉からの旅行で、近辺の居酒屋をメインに回る計画でした。
もちろん出入りを何度もしました。
初めは親切な対応、何度も繰り返していくと親しみやすい対応に変化していきました。こちらとしては申し訳ないと思っていたのにそれを忘れさせるような対応変化にとても気分が良かったです。
