Location and the view was excellent

Cons:

Staff weren’t as helpful as our other intercontinental experiences. One example: We accidentally left a bag of shoes in the closet while packing for our flight, contacted the hotel the next day (after we landed) and the staff responded that the shoes were not found, which is absurd for a 5 star hotel especially in Japan.

景色が最高に良かった。パシフィコ横浜直近なので助かった。浴室も広くてゆっくりできた。

房間還是以能看到海景的房間，景觀比較美。地點離未來港站滿近的，搭火車比較方便。沒搭機場巴士，所以不知道是否搭程機場巴士也是一樣方便。附近皇后商場裡的餐飲很好吃，購物方便，滿適合短期旅遊。是舒適的住宿感

房間還是以能看到海景的房間，景觀比較美。服務員們都滿熱心與親切。也會主動詢問需求與提供服務。房間的wife要另外輸入密碼，不是直接免登入就能用，這點比較麻煩。地點離未來港站滿近的，搭火車比較方便。因為沒搭機場巴士，所以不知道，是否搭程機場巴士也是一樣方便？附近皇后商場裡的餐飲很好吃，購物方便，滿適合短期旅遊。

Cons:

隔音雖然不錯，但沒想像中的好。可能是預期的落差吧。網路wife 登入方式不是很方便。
