Cons:

一階コンシェルジュでパシフィコノースまでの道を聞いたところ、ホテルの前の道に沿って行けば良いと言われましたが、その道は途中で曲がっており、向こう側へわたることもできず、渡された地図も分かりにくく、けいゆう病院の方に行ってしまいました。2階の通路を教えてもらえれば良かったと思います。

Good value and an excellent accomodation to start our Japan journey.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, lovely view with two comfortable chairs,
Well located, direct bus from airport to hotel, very helpful staff, able to leave bags at hotel after check out until airport transport arrived. Restaurant food delicious. A good place to stay on arrival from Australia.

景色が綺麗

Cons:

チェックインに時間がかかり過ぎる。会員と一般を分けて並ばせてるのに、会員専用の窓口を設けていないから、いつまでも一般がチェックイン出来ない。また外国人にチェックインの際、Wi-Fiの操作？とかを教えてるので余計時間がかかっている。チェックイン以外の用事の窓口を作るとか、会員専用のレーンを作るなど基本的なことだと思う。
