Good price, good location and comfortable but lacking in customer service
Pros:

Location was great, room was spacious and comfortable and cleaned spotless every day. Check out was great and he even booked a taxi for me.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but didn’t start until 730. Hard to find staff to ask a question to, sometimes nobody even at front desk, and it seemed like you were inconveniencing them when you asked a question.

Хороший отель расположенный в центре города. Из окна открывается красивый вид на город. Номер большой, удобная кровать и подушки. Чисто. В номере было прохладно, но обогрелись с помощью кондиционера. Есть сауна и бассейн с теплой водой. Без проблем припарковали машину. Завтрак хороший, но ближе к стандартному. Было очень тихо в отеле.

Cons:

С наружи отель красивый, а внутри не очень уютный. Это касается зоны сауны с бассейном и зоны ресторана, где проходит завтрак.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. Location was great. Republic square, Vernissage Market and the Cathedral were within walking distance. Didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked nice.

Hotel di qualità garantita. Eccellente posizione, in pieno centro, ma non disturbata dal traffico. Colazione buona e molto varia. Il mio preferito a Yerevan. Consigliato!

1.Во всём здании работал только один лифт

The highlight is their staff! They are absolutely wonderful
Pros:

The highlight of this hotel is their staff! They are absolutely wonderful and do it all to make sure you have a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was okay (some days it was great and other days it’s wasn’t that good). The location of the hotel is great!

Cons:

Perhaps breakfast could be improved to be consistently good everyday and not just for couple of days
