Pros:

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Armenia, and I had a very pleasant experience.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was really good, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay and were always ready to assist whenever needed.

Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Armenia.

Pros:

У нас на двоих с подругой был отличный представительский люкс двухкомнатный. У каждой своя спальня. Нам было очень комфортно в отеле и очень удобно расположение отеля.
А какой массаж по отеле! Ваааа 😍! И стоимость очень адекватная.

Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing
Elevators took forever to arrive
Gym equipment need to be replaced! Almost every machine doesn't work
Rooms has only lampshades which make it cozy yet dark!

Cons:

Migliorerai la colazione che non è propriamente internazionale ( a noi non è piaciuta) e anche la palestra migliorabile

The staff was always rude and unaccommodating, in my view,perhaps, they could be a little bit warm and maybe smile once in while. We avoided them after the first day🤣

Pros:

Мы приехали поздно ночью, точнее почти уже утром в 5:30. Нас встретили на стойке регистрации, сразу же выдали ключи от номера и разреши остаться в номере до 13:30. Мы выспались, потом спустились на ресепшен, заполнили документы и оставили вещи в комнате багажа до вечера! Без доплат или лишней волокиты.
