Cons:

Le fait que ma chambre soit attribuée à un autre client. Heureusement, jetais dans la chambre au moment où il est rentré. Son étonnement était aussi grand que le mien de voir que quelqu'un d'autre s'était vu attribuer le même numéro.

Pros:

L’hotel centrale, molto comodo, la camera molto grande.

Cons:

La doccia era aperta, senza la cabina, nonostante una leggera pendenza, l’acqua si spargeva un po’ ovunque nel bagno.

Albergo in posizione centralissima. Staff super gentile. La mia stanza era al nono piano con una vista pazzesca sulla città. Ottima colazione. Super consigliato.

3 night stay in Yerevan
Pros:

Breakfast plentiful but can't say it compares to other 4* hotels I have stayed in . To be honest had better breakfasts in B and Bs and 3 * hotels in Armenia . It lacked quality .
Room appeared clean and then when bed moved 'plasters' behind bed ughhh.
Staff efficient but hardly 'cheerful '.
Centrally located ...it's best feature.
Lacked atmosphere ....could have been anywhere globally .

Everything was just perfect. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean. The quality and variety of the breakfast was ideal. The personal was very kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place.

Pros:

Неплохой завтрак. Но ресторан, обозначивший свою работу до 22.00, закрывается уже в 21.30 и гремит посудой и предлагает прийти на завтрак с 07.30, имейте ввиду.

Cons:

Испорченный день рождения.
Бронировала сутки проживания, с 29 по 30.03, предупредила сразу что будет поздний заезд, уточняла по возможности позднего выезда, в счет неоплаченных часов, ответили отказом. Ну окей, могу согласиться.
Были оплачены полные сутки и продление до 18.00 с оплатой половины суток, хотя это только 6 часов дополнительно.
Выбрала именно этот отель, так как увидела хорошие отзывы про спа. 29.03 был день рождения моей мамы и мы хотели отдохнуть в спа.
29 позавтракали и спустились в спа, 2 взрослых и ребенок 9 лет. Ребенку, так случилось, забыли взять купальные плавки, купить в отеле их не смогли - так как в продаже их не было. И так как мы отмечали др, взяли с собой бутылочку купленного ранее шампанского чтобы отдохнуть у бассейна.
Спустились, заняли кресла, шезлонгов нет в спа, только стулья, но хорошо хотя бы спинка у них откидывается. Расположились в уголке, в отдалении от остальных кресел, чтобы провести время своей компанией и не мешать никому, на тот момент в бассейне плавали только 2 женщины.

И тут начинается цирковое представление.
К нам подходит сотрудник отеля, вероятно ответственный за бассейн (коротко стриженный, в синей футболке, жаль не запомнила его имени - назовем его мистерХ) и сообщает что мы не можем пить шампанское в зоне бассейна.
На что мы ему ответили, что у нас день рождения и мы бы хотели отдохнуть здесь, никому не будем мешать и не проведем тут много времени. Спа зона не располагает к длительному отдыха, очень неуютная, пустая, бассейн глубиной от 1,6. И на креслах долго не просидишь.
На что сотрудник более агрессивно сообщает что мы не можем находиться в зоне бассейна с алкоголем. Диалог не складывается, напряжение начинает нарастать.
Параллельно мы замечаем, что наш ребенок долго не выходит из раздевалки. Направляясь к входу в раздевалку, чтобы позвать его и спросить в чем дело. МистерХ бежит за мной вперед, обгоняя меня, и говорит мне что так ребенок не в плавательных шортах он не может пройти в зону бассейна!
