Very nice and modern hotel with ideal location !
Pros:

- Ideally located
- Clean and spacious room, modern and nicely decorated
- Free washing machine + dryer
- Friendly staff
- The view from the swimming pool ++++

Cons:

- The gym is basic and misses towels and cleaning wipes
- The swimming pool could be better taken care of

Massive Sicherheitsmängel (Diebstahl), Baustelle am Pool und extremer Lärm
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das ist jedoch leider auch alles.

Cons:

1. DIEBSTAHL & SICHERHEIT: Die schlimmste Erfahrung war der Diebstahl von 500 Euro aus meinem VERSCHLOSSENEN Koffer. Trotz Meldung bei der Managerin wurde jede Verantwortung abgelehnt. Wir konnten zudem beobachten, wie Personal ohne Reinigungsmittel in Zimmern verschwand und die Türen schloss. Das Hotelmanagement zeigte sich völlig uneinsichtig und bot keinerlei Entschädigung an.

​2. POOL NICHT NUTZBAR: Wir hatten dieses Hotel extra wegen des Pools gebucht. Dieser war jedoch wegen Wartungsarbeiten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts tagsüber bis 17:30 Uhr gesperrt. Eine Information vorab erfolgte nicht – eine absolute Enttäuschung.

​3. LÄRM & ISOLIERUNG: Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Geräusch von draußen, als stünde man an der Straße. Zudem nisten Tauben direkt über der Zimmerdecke, was durch die mangelhafte Isolierung zu einer ständigen Lärmbelästigung führt.

Pros:

Очень чистый красивый отель, огромнейшая кровать. Удобные подушки. Достаточно хороший завтраки. Небольшой шведский стол, но достаточно всего для завтрака и колбасы и сыры и яйца и фрукты и даже выпечка.

Cons:

Немножко удручающая картина при выходе из отеля. Вокруг рынок и грязь

Cons:

Staff were very nice and friendly, but
The manager, she would not even talk to us about our issue.
She was very un-profesional.
Charged us for the room for an extra night, would not refund us, we had to leave a day early, so she wouldn't even talk to us or offer anything.
Would not recommend.

Room was very noisy from the street, all night every night.
And from the rooms next door to us.
Pool was hot, directly in the sun all day, not very inviting on a hot day.
No mini bar, as advertised.

Good modern, clean hotel
Pros:

The location was within walking distance to local markets & restaurants. Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. I liked the pool table and laundry facilities, nice touch. Would definitely recommend 👌

Cons:

It was located within a dirty market. But right in front of the popular 24hr bun bo hue stall.
