Cons:

During the stay, room was not cleaned or new towels given. When asked about new towels staff stated there dirty and said I would need to bring the dirty ones down. Never experienced this in all my years of travel.

Okay for a nights rest then getting back on the road, not ideal for longer stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect for being local to Elkins, amenities in the room were good. Had 4 pods of coffee rather than 2 like most hotels

Cons:

Bedding was subpar, not as comfortable as I would like as well as towels. The flooring was hard and cold would prefer carpet like most hotels. Breakfast was limited. Pool was extremely cold not heated at all.
