全体的にはよかったと思います。
カプセルは個室に鍵がかかり安心でした。
スタッフさんの対応は特に問題ないです。
施設内も毎日清掃していて、古いながらも、清潔感は保たれていると思います。
ただ週末は宿泊される人が多いので、イビキや話し声がうるさかったですがしょうがない気もしますが、週末料金をとるならその辺の対策があってもいいのかなと思いました。
エレベーターがなかったので、重い荷物を3階まで大変でしたが、ご愛嬌で。

スタッフオンリーのスペースが丸見えだったので目隠ししててほしかったです。お客が利用するスペースは不潔感は全然なかったです。過ごしやすかったです。
連泊なので、事前に洗濯機のことや、洗剤のことを館内着のことを電話で聞いていたので準備することができました。
宿泊費が上がらない努力をしてくださっているので、こちらも綺麗に利用しようと思いました。

値段相応です。
Pros:

値段を考えると妥当な設備かと思います。
スタッフさんの接客も丁寧で、施設がやれる事は全て対応していだいてると思いました。
残念ながら海外のお客さんが深夜までカプセル内でスマホを大音量で聞いていたり、虫に刺されて大きく腫れてしまったのでインバウンドも良し悪しだなと感じました。

初めての一人旅でとても不安だったし実際入口も迷ったのですがすぐにスタッフの方が対応して下さいました。部屋も狭くはありますがとても快適に過ごせました。この値段にしては安いくらいと思いました。また東京行く際は使わせて頂こうかな？

聞いたところによると東京で一番古いカプセルホテルとのこと。そう思えば、なるほどと思えて不満も解消。ロビーは3階でエレベーターがなく、さらに女性フロアはその上。キャリーバッグを持っての階段は正直きつかった。ただ、帰りにはスタッフさんが下までキャリーバッグを運んでくれて感謝、感謝。お風呂、トイレはとてもよかったです。

安価な割にカプセル自体は広く感じました。カプセル内の設備は最小限。個別空調、テレビ等ありません。バスタオルはカプセル内にありました。寝間着は有料です。フロント隣にパソコン等使用できるテーブルがあり、食事等もこちらで摂ることに。高層階ではありませんが階段のみなので、疲れていたり荷物が重い方は少し大変かも。

口コミで虫問題やフロント対応のことなどもあり不安でしたが行った日のスタッフさんはチッェクイン・アウト時とても良かったです。
談話室で寝ている方がいてビックリしましたが、鍵付きは安心できました。駅からも本当に近くて便利なのでまた機会があれば利用したいと思いました。
