Неплохой отель в тихом районе .
Pros:

Есть в принципе все необходимое на пару дней пребывания в Тбилиси . Завтрак стандартный.
Сауна и бассейн приемлемо, в дни , когда в сауне была нормальная температура -было очень хорошо. Чисто.

Cons:

Не удалось особо попользоваться сауной, в какой-то день она была очень холодной и залита водой. Сотрудник с ресепшена на просьбу помочь ответил , что сейчас решит. Но в течении 25-30 минут никто и не появился. Запах канализации в нашем номере, у друзей не было, но нам не повезло.
Кровать из двух матрасов , не комфортно.

Pros:

We liked the sauna and swimming pool. Although the water in the pool was a bit cold. The breakfast was good, enough choice.

Cons:

The reception doesn't speak English or extremely little. For such a big hotel you expect multi lingual staff.

Приезжаю в данный отель не первый раз он мне подходит по место расположению, НО всегда там грязный и вонючий бассейн!
Сотрудники данного отеля обратите внимание ‼️
По бортам бассейн прям грязь черная! С водяных сливов прям воняет канализацией. Мы же об этом всем сказали сотрудникам на ресепшене.
По итогу приезжаю через промежуток времени и ситуация такая же, да люди купаются многие этого даже не замечают, но кто чистоплотный в этот бассейн не полезет! Пожалуйста приведите его в порядок, чтобы к вам хотелось возвращаться!

Pros:

Обслуживание номеров было отличное, в номерах чай, кофе, сахар, питьевая вода в изобилии.Чисто, на пятый день сменили постельное белье, полотенца менялись по мере необходимости. Девочки помогали даже как экскурсоводы по ориентации в Тбилиси, дали карту оплаты проезда и объяснили как ею пользоваться.
Завтраки были превосходные, домашняя горячая еда на любой вкус в достаточном объеме.

Cons:

3 и 4 апреля вода в бассейне была весьма прохладная, примерно 15 градусов.Потом прогрели. Также нестабильная температура была в сауне от 85 до 47 градусов. Перед входом в сауну отсутствуют правила, что запрещено делать в сауне. Как итог- молодежь намазалась эфирными маслами, невозможно было дышать, пришлось отказаться от посещения сауны в тот день.
Струя для массажа шеи есть, но глубина бассейна в этом месте рассчитана на человека высокого роста, тоже нельзя было применить к себе, к сожалению. Эта очень важная часть Отеля, так как большинство клиентов приезжают в Отель именно благодаря отдыху и водным процедурам. Надеюсь, в следующий раз мои пожелания будут учтены.

Это не 4 заезды.
Pros:

Недорогой. Нормальное соотношение цены и качества.

Cons:

Однозначно не соответствует заявленным **** звёздам. Максимум ***. Фото слишком хорошие, не передают реальной ситуации.
Отель неплохой, но давно уставший и требующий реновации. Грязновато, много мелких косяков и недостатков. Неудобная кровать. Не вкусный завтрак.
