El personal super amable y profesional. Buen y variado desayuno. Camas cómodas y habitaciones amplias con balcón. Muy tranquilo y sin ruido. Muy buen valor por lo que se paga.

Cons:

La ubicación no es muy buena para visitar los puntos turísticos de la ciudad pero también por eso es muy tranquilo, cero ruidos. No conseguí poner netflix en la smart TV de la habitación pero puede que eso fuera falta de habilidad mía.

Каждый раз удивляюсь, насколько в этом отеле поддерживают уровень. Ездим сюда три года, и три года здесь постоянно что-то обновляется, а персонал остается прежним (по большей части). Как они это делают??? Завтраки всегда великолепны! В этот раз бассейн был прохладный - и так кайфово было занырнуть туда после теплой сауны!!!
Недаром сюда все сложнее попасть- ведь аналогов этому отелю нет по всей Грузии.

Cons:

Даже если сильно придираться, не смогу найти того что не понравилось. Мы с семьей фанаты этого отеля)))

Очень шумный номер, из-за чего мы практически не спали всю ночь. В номере было очень жарко, но пользоваться кондиционером тоже оказалось невозможно: он работает очень громко и дует прямо на кровать, буквально в голову. В итоге всю ночь приходилось то включать, то выключать кондиционер, открывать и закрывать балконную дверь, пытаясь хоть как-то сделать нормальную температуру.

В результате нормально поспать так и не удалось, а от постоянного холодного потока от кондиционера продуло шею.

Ночевали в номере 409. Впечатления крайне негативные. Не рекомендую этот отель, особенно если для вас важны тишина и нормальный сон.
