Pros:

Location was great, just a few minutes from our son and grandson

Cons:

Never had to pay for parking at our own hotel before. $25 per night to park at a place we already paid to stay at? Seemed this place wanted to pinch every last dollar they could out of you.

Pros:

At the reception, they gave guests lavender sachets to help with sleep—that really impressed me. The receptionist was a very pleasant gentleman. They had an excellent gym, and everything was close by, including parking. The interior looked nice and smelled great, and there was even an option to play ping-pong. Simply put, it was my best experience with a hotel in this category.

The breakfast was not good, no variety and the usual yello eggs like most hotels in the US, way overpriced
Cons:

I was watching the World Cup match at the bar. The bar man had to close the bar at 10:00pm and he shut down the TV while the match was going on. He refused to keep the TV on for us to finish watching the game. That is bad customer service

Pros:

Buena ubicación y el desayuno no lo e probado ya que tenia que pagar 25 dolares extra por ese desayuno decidí no tomarlo

Cons:

No me gustó el echo que el estacionamiento no esté incluido con la abitacion después de las 10 pm debes pagar extra por el estacionamiento y si no la grúa remolcara tu carro es ridículo que no puedas usar el estacionamiento de un hotel donde pagaste por una habitación
