Pros:

The place is 10 minutes from where I wanted to go. And the breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Since I got there the sink was clogged, and the bed, the mattress was comfortable but made a lot of noise.

Clean property, but customer service needs major improvement, with a few staff members who truly stood out.
Pros:

The property was clean and well maintained. The Hispanic gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and greeted us warmly, exactly how someone working in hospitality should treat guests. I don’t know his name, but I want to make sure he gets credit for his excellent customer service. The Black female housekeeping staff member we encountered was also very nice, friendly, and always greeted us. She deserves recognition as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience with the staff was very different. Most of the front desk staff were unwelcoming, and the staff working in the breakfast area were also not friendly. In the hospitality industry, guests should at least feel welcomed and acknowledged. Management should provide better customer-service training and, if necessary, replace staff who are unwilling to treat guests properly.
