When we entered the hotel, we could not enter the room we purchased.
They refused to host us saying they’ve no rooms available and it was mistake on website. Asking higher price then in website

They canceled the reservation on the day of arrival and offered us to go to a very far area.
There was nothing to like any thing .staff was so rude and non.corporated.already i inform about my arrival time .i reached at 12 o clock but they said wait room is not ready and our cleaner is not yet available. Come after two hour.When icome back after two hours still said room is not ready.we waited almost 4 hours for room. If i complaim them that i will complain about u to booking .com .they said go what ever u want we don't care.even they said go and cancel the room
All information which is on.booking .com .due to which book the room was wrong.First of all room size,quantity and quality of furniture all was totaly opposite to the given formation .room size is only 80 sq feet.all furniture is broken and old and dirty.cleaning is zero.Major problem stauff can not even understand English . a little bit.

I arrived at the hotel at 8pm, but my room was not ready so I had to wait for one more hour for my room keys. (They gave me some snacks to apologise for the inconvenience that was very nice of them)
- you have to climb some stairs if staying on the upper floors; I asked them to downgrade my room to a small economic room that was on the ground floor - less stairs but more noise coming from the street.

liked it, but...
... i didn't stay in this hotel. they moved me to another hotel that was 1.5km away because of a water damage. they dealt with it very well but i can't rate this hotel - i stayed somewhere else. but I am very fine with the option and the way they dealt with it. it was really nice.
We liked that there was kitchen in the room. It was close to the city. Over all the staff was friendly and helpful. Very useful was the washing machine in the room.
When we arrived, we were not able to go to our room that we booked. We were given a tiny room with a very thin wall to the street. We were so tired from out trip and now we weren´t able to sleep at all.
And we were asked to pay 50€ more for some tax. It would have been fine if I had known it advance. Was a bad surprise to have when you arrive in the middle of the night- pay more and don´t even get the room that you paid for.
compared to other hotels, the interior is beautiful and trendy! they also gave us 10 complimentary water bottles, snacks and instant coffee/tea, as well as cute notes in each room saying ‘we hope you enjoy your stay’ ect. the staff are also so lovely, we’re from the UK and although theres a language barrier, we communicated well. the staff members are so accommodating, asking if you need any cleaning or fresh sheets or towels (even though they provided us with many towels!). they also gave us recommendations for food places and shops. there is also a service where you can get things delivered to your room! (from an outsider service, the hotel dont do this but its an awesome service they let us know about). this is also near istanbul, many many shops and food places nearby (they’re positioned right next to a bunch of fast food places 2 seconds away). and for the price! this hotel has it all and more. if you’re looking for an affordable hotel with the most amazing staff members, look no further!

A bit noisy, cigarette odour (problem subsided when the staff provided a room freshener / spray bottle upon request) and untidy. Ideal for a short stay.
I enjoyed the location - close to Osmanbey str. with lots of cafes and shops. The reception team was great - always ready to help 24/7, they helped me get a HDMI cord at 10 PM so I could connect my notebook to TV and watch my tv series.
Efficient and friendly staff who anticipated our needs. Their hospitality was truly commendable.
