Clean and comfortable. Not the Ritz, but quite adequate, and for the price, who could want more? People were friendly, thoughtful, kind, and helpful. I had paid for a room with a shared bathroom, but they voluntarily gave me to a room with a private bathroom. Locals told me that the neighborhood is dangerous, and that may be so - but the follks I encountered in various stores nearby seemed quite nice and decent.

Good wifi and hot water.
VERY loud. In a bad part of town. Panhandlers and black market dealers 24 hours a day. Someone solicited me for s3x as I was wlaking to my room.
