最低なホテルでした。

ありません。全てを台無しにしてくれました。

正直にレビューをします。
宿泊は2人でしました。
まずチェックインですが、当方が旅行などをあまりしない為システムを理解てなかったところもありますが、タッチパネルの自動チェックインでした。分からないこともあり聞くと、男性のスタッフがこれでやってくれと言っただけで、すぐに離れた場所で違う業務をし始め、親切の欠片もないと感じました。
入力を終え、レシートが出できましたが、淡々と説明を小さい声でされ、他の利用者が言ってた愛想の良さなどはなかった。
チェックインを済ませ、部屋にいき窓を見ると眺めがいいと言っていたので期待して外を見ると目の前は立体駐車場と廃屋の屋根。残念でした。その後は少し街へ行き20時くらいにホテルへ戻り、部屋に戻った後、風呂に入りました。
この後最低だと評価した事が起きました。
私が上がり、すぐにもう1人が入って少しした後に火災警報がホテルに鳴り響きました。ホテルの廊下はもちろん部屋にもスピーカーが付いており大音量で警報が鳴り響きました。
最初は火災が発生した。確認をするとの警報が鳴り、少しすると避難しろと警報が切り替わり風呂に入っていたパートナーは濡れたまま浴室を出て備え付けの薄手のローブを着ました。ただ警報がなってから10分程は時間が経っておりようやく逃げる準備ができ、非常口から外階段へ出ました。
出てみると宿泊していたのは私たち以外は外国人観光客ばかりでパニック状態でした。
外階段から少し降りると下の道に女性スタッフがおり、こちらを見上げて日本語で「火は出ていません」と大声で言っておりました。
私たちは日本語はわかりましたが、他にいたのは外国人。もちろん通じる訳もありません。
カタコト英語で火が出てないことを伝え部屋に戻るように伝えると呆れたかのようにみな部屋へ戻っていきました。この間まだ警報は鳴り響き館内は騒然としておりました。
誤作動により発生した警報はこの後、1時間半くらい鳴り響き、安らぎのあるホテル生活を台無しにされました。

さて、ホテルのスタッフは誤作動と分かりながらもなぜ各フロアに行き伝えなかったのか、また放送も出来たのにしなかったのか。
なぜ客である我々が寒空の下、薄手のバスローブで外に出てスタッフに聞いて行動しなければいけないのか。
警報が誤作動で鳴ったこと、すぐに止められなかったこと。これは安全装置を点検してなかったからではないのか。また止めるための教育を受けてないのか。
そして、外国人観光客が多く来るとわかっていて英語を喋れる人はいないのか。どうやって今まで案内をしていたのか。
もし、これが何かの因果関係で大事件や大事故に繋がってたのかと思うと恐怖です。

警報が鳴り止んだのが、深夜との事もあり、放送で止まったと伝えられるだけで、詳細も分からないまま就寝をしました。
翌朝、食事をするためフロントへ。
別料金ともあり、食事をしに来たと伝えたら、何も無かったかのように料金の請求。
まず、昨晩のことについて謝罪があるべきでは？
流石に当方も憤りを感じていたため、フロントにいたスタッフにそうじゃないだろ、まず昨夜のことについて何か話があるのではと強めの口調で言いました。
それを聞いたスタッフは「あっ。」と言って謝罪をされましたが、そもそも「あっ。」なんて言われて思い出すようにされる謝罪は 謝罪と思っておりません。
食事を済ませこんなホテルに居たくないと思い、すぐにチェックアウトしました。
控えめに言ってスタッフもホテル側の対応も最悪でした。
わざわざ遠いところから来ている外国の方が可哀想でなりませんでした。
もう二度とここには訪れないと思います。
三ッ星ホテルと言われるようなホテルでは全くありません。

Great stay, amazing price-quality relation
Pros:

I stayed in Kanazawa for a short period of time (2 nights), so I was looking for a location close to the train station, but not next to it as I wanted to take the bus and visit the main tourist attractions. The property is located just 10/12 minutes from the main train station, and 3 minutes away you have a ton of buses and the food market.

The room size is quite ok, I had a long corridor and I could easily open my carry-on luggages, but I would have struggles with a checked-in luggage.

The bathroom was great - there was a tub, and the hotel provided bath salts to relax. The water pressure is great, and the hot water is really hot!

Close to station and Omicho market. Kanazawa is a very walkable city and the location of this hotel is perfect

- coffee/espresso machine available 24/7 in the lobby
- coin laundry available in building
- walkable to restaurants, market, etc, and can access via underground passage to M'Za Mall, with entrance just outside the hotel (very helpful when raining!)
- hop on / hop off tour bus route has a stop right in front of hotel
- 15-20 min walk to station
- very clean
- wonderful shower, leg massager, face steamer in the room
- air purifiers in the room
- our corner triple room has a clothing sanitizer/deodorizer
- offered free origami and calligraphy workshops (my daughter had a very memorable time doing origami with a very kind front desk staff members that she hopes to come back and visit again!)

Excellent rapport qualité prix avec un emplacement idéal
Pros:

Emplacement parfait. Personnel très accueillant. Un atelier de calligraphie japonaise nous a été proposé gratuitement et c’était un super moment en famille.
