Did not find the staff particularly helpful. Language was a problem, so they couldn’t offer any suggestions for restaur

Onsen was excellent

Cons:

It was adequate. I thought the set up for breakfast was weird. Just add to the room rate and let the guests eat whatever they want.

Ideal location, this hotel offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Kanazawa
Pros:

Super convenient locations - 10 mins from the station and surrounded by transport and shopping / restaurant options. Spacious room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with separate toilet. Our kids loved the in room foot massage machine. Great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

There is no onsen in the hotel, unlike other hotels in Japan.

Great place, breakfast and room.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, but is a better option to go to the kanazawa market.
The room was big, very good for the price. I enjoyed my 1 night stay.

Cons:

It was a bit far from the station, as it was snowing it felt longer.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel was very near the station at about 12 mins walk and it was near bus stops for getting around the city. We were only there for one night but the bed was comfortable and the room had a back massager which was a nice addition. They also provided free coffee and welcome drinks which we werent expecting.
