Per essere pignoli: letto un po' piccolo, è alla francese (ma c'era scritto nella prenotazione) e l'armadio che non si apriva completamente perché la camera è molto piccola. (la dimensione della camera anche era specificata).

The location, it was very close to the underground so it was a great connecting point
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3:30pm, despite check-in being at 3pm. When we went up to the room, it was in an unacceptable state, there were tissues everywhere, the bed was unmade, and the toilet had clearly been used.
After repeatedly asking, we were eventually moved to a different room. However, this room was much smaller than the one we had paid for and it was located right next to the main reception entrance. Because of this, we were woken up both mornings by noise from reception, including staff activity and the radio.
The bath in the room contained long black hairs when we arrived. We also couldn’t open the curtains for privacy, as the room was on the ground floor and looked directly onto the street.
L’albergo offre ogni tipo di servizio, le camere sono curate e pulite con attenzione. La posizione è ottima, poiché a 300 m c’è una stazione metro che ha linea diretta con la stazione di Picadilly Circus (5 fermate, quindi 10 min). Inoltre il quartiere è molto tranquillo, piacevole dove passeggiare e offre ulteriori servizi come bar, pasticcerie dove fare colazione e supermercati.
Clean, comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to Earls Court station. Plenty of food and drink options nearby. Loved the complimentary fresh fruit and coffee available in the lobby.
All was good
Location (very close to Earl’s Court underground station), size of the room, neighbourhood, pubs and restaurants nearby. The people at the reception were very kind, helpful, and friendly.
Bathroom: there was only a bathtub which was a bit higher than usual. The half-length glass separator was not attached to the tub so it wasnt supporting. As younger and able-bodied people, we struggled a bit getting in and out; for an older person or anyone who needs more support with movement should be aware of this.
