Very clean and in an excellent location but rooms are very small

Location, cleanliness, excellent bathroom, kettle with teas and coffee, complimentary fresh fruit and coffee in reception area, very helpful staff

Cons:

Although well furnished and clean, the room we had was so small we could hardly move around and the boxed in bed was more like a single than a double. Very hard for two medium sized people to sleep comfortably. The room is supposedly a double but it would hardly qualify as a small single

Perfect hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location, the room was big, lots of space and very clean. I appreciated being on the ground floor, easy check-in and out, would definitely stay again.

Gut gelegenes kleines Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war zentral , fußläufig gut von der Station Earl’s Court entfernt. National history Museum , V&AMuseum und Royal Albert Hall gut erreichbar. Angenehmes Viertel mit Frühstücksgelegenheiten und diversen Restaurants. Zimmer recht klein aber sehr sauber. Gut geeignet für einen Kurztrip.

Everything was warm and special, Did I mention dedicated staff members in front desk and housekeepers.
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for 15 days. Unfortunately, Due to a medical condition I was pretty much bedridden for the whole stay. The staff were extremely nice and I hope I can go back next year. 10 out of 10. Also, very near to everything in London & Underground. Worth every penny!!!

Brilliant comfortable hotel in ideal location
Pros:

Great location to Earl’s Court tube station close to coffee spots and shops, felt safe and easily accessible. Hotel was secure with keycard entry and staff were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for a lovely service and experience.

100% recommend this hotel
Pros:

So glad we chose this hotel. It's a short walk from the train station. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist who gave us a much needed cold fruity cider on arrival simply because we had to wait literally five minutes for our room to be finished due to a late check-out. Worth the wait!
Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we are visiting that area again.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e a pochi passi dalla metro. Camera e bagno ampi per lo standard di Londra e pulizia ottima. Letto e cuscini comodi. Dotato di ascensore per raggiungere i piani. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
