Praktisch und bequem
Pros:

Ideale Lage in Earl‘s Court, sehr nahe am U-Bahnhof auf direktem Weg zum Flughafen und in die Innenstadt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele nette kleine Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch mit dem Bus kommt man gut in die Innenstadt, als ich dort war, hat die U-Bahn gestreikt, da war der Bus eine sehr gute Alternative. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist recht großzügig und modern.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, man musste also abends immer die Vorhänge zuziehen und konnte nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Leider gibt es im Hotel kein Frühstück.

Pros:

Check in and out was easy. Plenty of water, tea and coffee available.

Cons:

Security deposit of £150 is rather a lot and was not prewarned. However it was returned very quickly after checkout

Pros:

Location was very good.

Cons:

I have never seen smaller double size bed in my life. In the business Home products, i am aware of exact standard international bed size for 1 person and 2 persons. They charge for 2 person and bed and the rooms are extremely small, it seemed more like a student accomodation.

It was grand good location and fine for London but the illegal charge has left a huge dampener on the trip
Pros:

Central location, easy check in as we arrived late and they had closed room was small but comfortable

Cons:

Charged my card on departure and when I queried it the response time was over 24hours. After which I was told I had been charged as they found a broken glass in the room. I was not notified of any breakages in the room prior to my card being charged which is a massive breach on their part. There was nothing broken in the room when I left. It was left as it was found so this was hugely disappointing. How many others have had this charge added and not queried!!

Good value for excellent accommodation
Pros:

Convenient location for public transport, room was spotlessly clean with everything for a comfortable stay including a mini fridge.
Receptionist Samia was friendly, cheerful and engaging - due to the ongoing heatwave she also offered additional fans if required.

Very very small and air con not working
Pros:

Its location was excellent

Cons:

Booked it because it had air con but when we arrived they said there was an Issue with air con and it was 32degrees outside it was 7pm so too late to go looking elsewhere

The smell put me off wanting too stay in the room

The smell of the drainage in the basement was bad..I think this was due too the high temperature but the smell was horrific …was told upon check out we would receive a 15% rebate which I still haven’t recieved

Nice Hotel for London but too hot in the room!!!
Pros:

I was there with my daughter for two nights and the experience was really poor. The location is great (close to earl's court underground station) and the room was quite nice for london. The problem was the room temperature: we were there during hot days in london and in the room there was no air conditioner, despite in the reservation it was specifically included (I choose this hotel for this reason). so it was impossible sleeping during the night (my daughter preferred sleeping in on the bath floor..) and the fan they provided were weak and insufficient. It was really a pity.. Honestly I will no be there anymore

Camera carina e pulita al piano rialzato. Frutta fresca tutte le mattine e possibilità di farsi il the e il caffè. All'ingresso a disposizione anche le cialde per il caffè espresso.

Cons:

Manca l'aria condizionata (edificio con vincolo perché ritenuto storico, quindi difficile mettere l'aria condizionata) ma c'era un ventilatore. Camera sulla strada e occorre tenere chiuse le tende affinchè i passanti non vedano dentro. La camera è molto piccola e il letto è appoggiato alla parete, chi dorme da quella parte non ha appoggi. Il prezzo è piuttosto alto per una camera così piccola e senza aria condizionata (e non c'è possibilità di aggiungere la colazione). Una coppia che aveva la camera all'ultimo piano si è fortemente lamentata per il caldo terribile durante la notte

Easy and comfy
Pros:

The location was amazing to get in and out of central, and get to Wembley for our gig.

Staff were lovely. We had a basement room which seemed out at first but it was really cosy and had AC.
