Very nice, clean and good value hotel in relatively short walk from city centre.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Love the continental duvet. Easy access to tram, lake and sights.

Cons:

Restaurant menu a little limited.

Можно оставить багаж до заселения, мы попросили уведомить о готовности номера, получилось заселиться раньше положенного времени. До озера 5 минут пешком, до старого города тоже недалеко. Отличное место, чтобы пешком исследовать Цюрих. Великолепные завтраки, большой выбор на любой вкус от снеков до горячих блюд, фруктов, йогрутов и т д . Рекомендую.

Perfect location!
Pros:

Excellent location
Staff were friendly and helpful
Reception had plug adapters which was a life saver
Breakfast was great
Room was great as it had two sinks which was very helpful when getting ready in the morning

Cons:

No air con - room was very hot
We were located at the back of the hotel above the car park and it was very noisy
Pillows were too soft and flat
Mattresses were uncomfortable
Hotel bar was never open
