Das Personal ist extrem nett und Hilfsbereit, es ist sauber im Ganzen Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es gibt leider nur ein Polster pro Person, ich Persönlich benötige ein kleinen Polster extra sonnst kann ich nur schwer einschlafen.

Les prestations indignent d'un 4 étoiles, bar et restaurant fermés en journée impossible en milieu d'après-midi de se faire servir un the, le matin au petit déjeuner, a 10.15 virer de la salle parce que le personnel veut nettoyer, a la réception personne ne parle Français. lors de la prise des clés a notre retour une personne seule a la réception (jamais vue avant) nous donne nos clés sur simple déclinaison du N° de chambre sans même contrôler l'identité

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Modern bathroom.

Cons:

Tired drab room in need of renovation: dominated by bizarre monstrous floor-to-ceiling cupboard unit offering massive but useless storage space and giving room a claustrophobic feel. USB sockets / spotlight set not working; problems with TV; loose toilet seat; spare pillows but without pillow cases. Good breakfast selection but mediocre food quality. Poor value for money.

Für ich auf Dienstreise ein tolles Hotel mit klasse Service.
Pros:

Frühstück super und inkludiert. Personal bei allen Begegnungen super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer mit allem was nötig ist und sogar eine Kaffeemaschine und gratis Wasser. Zentrumsnahe. Beste Lage.

Cons:

Leider keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Die Zimmer im 5.OG sind sehr hellhörig und die asiatischen Nachbarn sehr laut um Mitternacht. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
