Pros:

Расположение отличное. 20 минут пешком до ж/д вокзала. Персонал на стойке регистрации очень отзывчивый и приветливый. Всегда готов помочь. Завтрак хороший.

Could do with a range of pillows, they were way too soft for me.

für eienen Business-Aufenthalt in Ordung, für Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend - recht zentral und mit sehr guten Anbindungen zum ÖPNV. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte einige Alters-Mängel (Duschschlauch deutlich verschliessen, Möbel abgewohnt, ...), diverse TV-Sender sind immer wieder nicht verfügbar gewesen.

Nice, but more like 3 star hotels.
Pros:

Nice staff, friendly, helpfull, easy to check in, breakfast good, location good.

Cons:

Instead of sofa bed hotel put foldable single bed, expected sofa bed as per pictures. Only 2 mugs for 3 people, only one bath robe, pillows too soft and weak and need 3 of them to feel support. Other 4 star hotels have more facilities and toiletries.
