Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location is central. Most of the staff were great... with the exception of one of the breakfast staff who seems to have thought she was supposed to be a bouncer and looked grumpy the whole time.

Cons:

Nothing was seriously wrong. The price is high but then it is Switzerland.... so you live with that.
