Love the location.
Pros:

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and I love staying here because of the location, the customer service and the location. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for somewhere central to stay.

Very relaxing and convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast was good value for money with receiving a discount if making a reservation. Was also delicious and alot of variety. Rooms were comfortable, bed very comfy and slept well. Staff friendly

Cons:

Charged for an extra breakfast morning we didnt have but after telling them this did receive the money back the next day so watch your charges

Good value and friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff in the bar and reception. Housekeeping is very good. I enjoyed the food and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

Room wasn’t as quiet as I like being a chronic insomniac. I could hear street noise and it was right by the lifts. Also not much clearance between the toilet and the bathroom door.
