Pros:

We had an upgrade and the room was big and well laid out.

Cons:

We had a problem with the WIFI, it world when we were in reception and by the time we got to the fifth floor it had dropped out.

Pros:

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was a little noisy and the bathroom was a bit tight with a raised shower base that the jutted out that was a trip hazard.

Good hotel in a busy location
Pros:

I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to a premier room which was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

Access to it is a challenge, very busy street, very busy parking. The hotel links with a parking garage next door but it was full so I had to park elsewhere, which was inconvenient

Happy Days & Disturbed Sleep
Pros:

Excellent Service from all the Staff. Raj. Milli Lovely African Girl & Filipino all Staff @ Reception where the best I have encountered. Allan& Rachael & all dining stuff amazing. Great selection of Food & drinks for great breakfast.

Cons:

All moving Windows Rattled in wind. Disturbed sleep. Informed Reception@ 22.30am & in comments on their hotel web page
