Pros:

Great staff. Great breakfast. Excellent common area. Can't beat the location. Tiny rooms, but par for the course NYC and cute.

Cons:

No dresser and closet too small for 2 carry-ons.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Maria, in particular, was so friendly and helpful. We looked forward to seeing her in the mornings. The service was wonderful. Location next to Times Square convenient albeit very crazy at times. The hotel is dated but clean, peaceful and quiet— despite the crowds outside. Loved the second floor. The hotel has a fascinating history.

Cons:

It was a little noisy from the hallway but honestly you just adjust. Our door was kiddie corner to a room with three young children.

Pros:

Great hotel right in times square. The rooms were big and plenty of space to unpack. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice, you could also have tea/coffee and snacks throughout the day. For the location the rooms were very quiet.

A Must Stay in NYC
Pros:

We have been staying at the Casablanca Hotel for many years. Close to Time Square but feels like a thousands miles away as we relax in Rick’s Place and enjoy the exquisite service of this boutique hotel in the middle of New York City. And don’t forget the secret door to one of the best Italian restaurants at Tony’s Di Napolis.

A must stay and experience in NYC.

Great value hotel in NYC for business travellers

Great room size and in and out very efficient for business travellers
Reception team super friendly and nice make the experience so much nicer.
Any room was of good size

Cons:

Breakfast choice could have more choice, eggs and yogurt zero fas was excellent maybe more fruits and higher quality bread. Also the shower was slow / not power shower.
No true blackout, the lights from time square flash at night

Hidden Gem in NYC
Pros:

We stayed here at the beginning of December and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly central, making it really easy to explore the city and get around. Despite being in such a busy area, it has a really cosy and welcoming feel.

Rick’s Café is a great spot within the hotel to unwind and catch your breath after a busy day in New York. It was one of our favourite places to relax in the evening.

The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. We normally stay at one of the bigger hotel chains, but after this experience, we’ll definitely be choosing this hotel instead. We will absolutely be back!I
