Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection

Loved every minute, of our stay. The staff, from all the guys at the front desk (especially Johan and BIG Ben) to Martin in housekeeping and Maria in Rick’s Café. It was brilliant throughout the week. A little disappointed that there is no Gym access anymore and that the cheese and wine in the early evening has gone (it was a good time to chat with other guests.) It seems covid ended all that. Would 100% stay again, the location is great for accessing all areas. Will definitely be back for another stay.

Great location and friendly staff.

Great location, right on Times Square with easy transport links to anywhere in NYC. Good food all around of all types that you may wish for. Honestly, I cannot fault the location. Inside is full of charm. The rooms are comfy, the staff are helpful and friendly. The facilities are all you could ask for in a base for a wonderful break.

Staff were so friendly, obliging and helpful. Hotel was charming and welcoming. The second floor lounge was for relaxing and lovely breakfast and all day snacks and drinks.

Most polite staff, very helpful with questions /advice. Breakfast attendants were so great as well! Absolutely beautiful hotel! Location could not be better if visiting Times Square. Parking next door was seem less, we will return!

My stay was great! The hotel was just as I had read in the reviews which is why I selected it. It was CLEAN and service was excellent. I wish I remembered the name of the front desk/concierge that day (7/22/26 at check-in), but he very professional and thoughtful. I informed him I was in town for my birthday and he had a bottle of wine sent to my room with the attached birthday card. And while I was waiting for my room to be ready, he directed me to the upstairs lounge area where I had tea and snacks. Once my room was ready, he brought my bags to me with the key. He should receive a raise/bonus. When I left the next day he was on duty and wished me a Happy Birthday!

Fantastic location and friendly staff

The location in the theater district was perfect for attending shows and much more in midtown. Rick's Cafe was a treat that I did not expect; the room and the staff supporting it helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The decor of our room, especially the tiled bathroom, was delightful.

Staff, breakfast, location, discount parking

Christian is the epitome of a gracious host and a prime example of the staff that is obviously attuned to the demands of customer service. AJ is another gracious staff member among others who are absolutely on-point. Diana, a housekeeper, deserves special acknowledgment. The property is unique and comfortable. The location may not be for everyone with its close proximity (a few yards) to the lights and crowds of Times Square. For others, it is a draw. The property is well lived-in and offers an alternative to big box brands.
