Pros:

무엇보다 위치가 정말 환상적입니다. 타임스퀘어 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 늦은 시간까지 관광을 하거나 이동하기에 최적의 조건이었습니다. 또한 24시간 언제든 식사가 가능하다는 점이 큰 장점이었는데, 특히 베이글은 종류도 매우 다양하고 맛도 훌륭해서 매일 아침 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 함께 제공되는 커피 역시 기대 이상으로 괜찮았습니다. 직원들도 전반적으로 매우 친절했습니다. 객실 내 샤워기 사용법을 몰라 당황해서 문의했을 때에도, 직원이 직접 와서 친절하게 사용법을 알려주어 감사했습니다.

Cons:

가장 큰 문제는 소음이었습니다. 하필 엘리베이터 바로 옆 방을 배정받았는데, 복도 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 사람들이 오가는 소리와 말소리가 그대로 들려 휴식을 취하기 어려웠습니다. 청결 상태도 다소 실망스러웠습니다. 벽면과 바닥 구석 쪽에 먼지가 꽤 많이 쌓여 있어서 청소가 꼼꼼하게 되지 않았다는 인상을 받았습니다. 욕실의 경우 처음 보는 형태의 샤워기라 직원의 도움을 받아야 했고, 물이 잘 내려가지 않는 배수 불량 문제와 더불어 수질도 다소 아쉽게 느껴졌습니다. 마지막으로 뉴욕이라는 점을 감안하더라도, 지불한 가격에 비해 객실이 너무 좁아서 캐리어를 펼쳐놓고 생활하기에 답답함이 컸습니다.

Pros:

The location was fantastic- right next to Times square. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We initially had an internal room which was a bit smaller and the window was very small. The staff were very helpful and changed the room to an external room with a view over the street. I was delighted with this!! The room and bathroom were significantly bigger and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The breakfast was continental and more than adequate and it was a great bonus to have coffee, water and snacks all day. Would definitely recommend!!

Rooms overlooking 43 rd very noisy with old fashioned window A/C -room 604
Pros:

Bed was comfortable- bathroom spacious

Received early check in😀
Staff excellent with customer service - we were taken care of immediately after reporting our problem
As this was a theatre trip -proximity to theatres was excellent
Ricks cafe ( which had me at booking) was a very nice way to getaway from hustle of Times Square

We had to have our A/c unplugged and window closed off at 10:30 pm as noise from Times Square was just too loud- there was drumming that felt like it was under us
We were given option of changing rooms which we appreciated but after we buffered noise with shut window it was fine
Now if it was hot this would have been a huge problem but it’s October
Talked to other guests and if you had an inside room it was no problem
We booked this hotel months ago and would have appreciated a better room

Beautifully decorated hotel in a distinctive Moroccan style. Loved it.
Pros:

The staff were excellent, really helpful and the facilities and quality of the decor exceeded my expectations. The location is brilliant, right on Times Square, but as you enter it is like an instant oasis, away from the chaos outside. I was expecting a small room, but was very pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

The room had windows that were shuttered, but you can't have the peace and quiet and windows opening onto Times Square, so a good compromise.
