Great location

Our stay at the Casablanca Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel has such a warm, charming boutique atmosphere, and its location simply can't be beat. We were able to walk to so many of New York City's iconic attractions while still enjoying a peaceful place to return to each evening.
What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Brian, Luis, Johan, and Matthew each went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine conversations added a personal touch that made our trip even more special.
The complimentary breakfast each morning was a wonderful way to start our busy sightseeing days, and the evening snacks and refreshments were an unexpected bonus that we looked forward to after miles of exploring the city.
The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After walking nearly 50 miles during our New York adventure, coming back to the Casablanca each evening felt like coming home.
If you're looking for a hotel that combines an unbeatable Midtown location with outstanding service and true hospitality, look no further. We made incredible memories in New York City, and the Casablanca Hotel was a big part of what made this trip so unforgettable.

This has become my favorite hotel in New York. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, from the people at the front desk to the people in tge lounge to the housekeeping. It is a pleasure to return time after time.

The Casablanca has one of the best, most friendly staffs of any hotel in New York. They are a main reason we return.

Although an older building the hotel has used the traditional features to great effect. Very comfortable room, we were a 4 sharing one room, stayed in the summer & the AC was a huge boon & easily controllable. Breakfast was very good, decent variety, fruit, yogurts, toast, cereal, pastries. All the hotel team were very courteous, always helpful and polite. A real benefit was the ‘relaxing’ 24/7 space in Rick’s cafe ( 2nd floor) - chilled water/ sodas available along with snacks, TV and comfy seating. Overall a very good stay, round the corner from Times Square ( & the subway) for a reasonable cost

ALL the staff were super friendly and attentive and the continental breakfast was very convenient. The staff comped us a bottle of wine to go along with the note I had placed in the room for our arrival. The whole hotel was wonderfully decorated, clean and extremely quiet. The only sound we heard in our room was the AC. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious for a Manhattan hotel room.

Location was great for walking to the sights/bar/restaurants we wanted to visit and was just a couple blocks away from a subway stop for when we needed to go to the Financial District

Such a luxury to stumble out of the Sondheim Theatre, right across the street to this welcoming, classy hotel that was like a boutique in Europe! The Staff were personable and helpful and the morning repast was delightful! I'll stay there any time I'm in The City!

What a joyful surprise to find this little oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Times Square! Once my daughter and I stepped into the lobby, doorman at the wait, we felt comfort and quiet. Each time we returned to our hotel, we took a sigh of relief from the heat wave and the tsunami of tourists. Our room was perfect as our home away from home.

The continental breakfast was delicious with many options including cereals, bagels, fruit, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, and assorted small baked goods so you could feel fine about trying a couple different kinds. This generous take on a continental breakfast was served buffet style in Rick’s Cafe where we could choose cushy furniture or tables with chairs. The atmosphere was comfortable and homelike.

Casablanca is my favorite hotel of any I have stayed at in NYC. When I’m ready to return for more theater and good food, I’ll stay here where both are just a short, convenient walk away. Absolutely loved the staff and everything about the hotel.
