Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection

Excellent, very personable and hospitable staff. Exceptionally clean facility. Parking garage with discount next door was a big plus. Location was also a factor being in the heart of Times Square. Will not hesitate to reschedule another stay.

Our go to place in NYC. We love it! Rick‘s place with its continental breakfast and 24/7 water, healthy snacks, and crackling fireplace are welcome reprieve from the bustle of Times Square. Very convenient for seeing shows and finding great restaurants. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

First trip to NYC to see the HP Cursed Child show with Tom Felton. I selected this hotel as it was about a 5 minute walk from the theater. The hotel and staff are awesome. I contacted them directly for reservations and was relieved when they told me adjacent parking garage was steps from their front door. (I thought I'd have to negotiate parking on my own).

The hotel is small and old but clean and comfortable. They have a very nice lounge area with morning breakfast and all day drinks and snacks. Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is steps away from Times Square and major subway stop.

Their recommendations and help for finding restaurants, navigating the subway and suggestions for how long to allocate for visiting places was spot on!

I was also impressed and appreciated their communication with me. Upon making reservations I received confirming email but about a week before my trip they emailed me to remind me of my upcoming trip and offered additional information regarding transportation if I needed it from airports. I don't recall getting a "can't wait to see you" emails from other hotels in the past. While in New York I emailed them for restaurant recommendation for that evening and they responded promptly with recommendation for us on our way back to the hotel. They recommended Johns Pizzaria of Times Square and it was exactly what we were looking for.

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切にしてくれた。

いつも出かける時、戻ってきた時にニコニコと挨拶してくれたのが嬉しかったしその笑顔に癒された。

朝ごはんはベーグルやスコーンやクロワッサン、果物やヨーグルト、ゆで卵など。全種類は食べてないが美味しかった。初日になにも分からずおろおろしていたが、お姉さんたちが声をかけてくれて親切に教えてくれたのがありがたかった。

部屋の掃除をお願いすると毎回ペットボトル2本のお水を置いておいてくれて、さらに必要であれば2階に取りに行けばよかったのでとても便利だった。

立地も最高で文句なし。喧騒なども特に気にならなかった。

でもやはり1番素晴らしいと感じた点はスタッフさん全員の人柄。それだけでまた泊まりに行きたいと思わせてくれた。

Emplacement idéal, proche du Port Authority Bus NJ Transit, stations Subway proches,en plein Times Square, personnel ultra professionnel, sympathique et efficace...... hôtel un peu rétro mais c'est ce que l'on recherchait ( ambiance NY des années 50-60, très feutrée, très NY ), nous avons adoré au 2e étage le Rick's café où l'on prend le petit déjeuner ( à volonté et qualité) tous les matins et à tous moments possibilité de se restaurer à toute heure, c'est ce qui nous arrivaient par moment.
Je le répète encore personnel adorable, efficace. Hôtel très propre

The sound machine really helped reduced the city noise at night. We loved listening to the sound of ocean waves while we we in the room. Continental breakfast was great and having access to snacks, coffee and bottled water 24/7 in the cozy lounge was a nice bonus!

I go to NYC for theater 5 or 6 times a year and always stay at the Casablanca. The front desk and lounge staffs are welcoming and friendly and the location cannot be topped. Over the past three years I have brought friends and family and they are invariably impressed. Unlike most of the theater district hotels, the Casablanca has under 100 rooms so it is always quiet and the 24-7 lounge is a huge attraction for a post-theater discussion. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have seen reviews of Casablanca Hotel along with their sister hotels for a few years but haven’t
stayed in the city for a long time. We usually take day trips to NYC but this time we had an evening
so we decided to stay the night.
We were so happy we chose Casablanca, we really enjoy our stay.
We arrived early so the hotel held our bags so we could go explore until our room was ready.
Our room was small as expected but clean and the bathroom had nice amenities.
The only complain was, although 25 degrees outside and the heat was appreciated, the room was too
hot and very difficult to control, even with a ceiling fan.
Everyone we encountered, the front desk staff, doorman, breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.
They provide 24 hour drinks and snacks in a very welcoming lounge along with a delicious continental breakfast.
We definitely will recommend this hotel and we look forward to another stay soon!

Always the best . We have stayed multiple times .the staff is outstanding. It’s a small hotel with wonderful amenities: parking lot , 25 ft away, excellent close restaurants. The staff booked us last minute pre theatre into GATSBYS Landing Restaurant, directly through the parking lot on 44th street. It was a fabulous meal for 6!. The restaurant staff accommodated us like regulars and we made our show; Mama Mia 5 blocks away! Great show for our family.Don’t miss The Summit in the Vanderbilt One Building ; great NY 360 degree views , and fun experience, you can eat and drink there too
