Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Casablanca over Easter this year. The location is extremely central and easy to access the subway and other transport, and very close to many theatres. We had a minisuite which suited our family of four (including two teenagers) very well - it had a bedroom with two doubles, and a foldout sofa bed in the lounge, great to have the extra space for our five-day stay. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and it was no problem to request a mini-fridge for the room. We really appreciated the breakfast and the snacks/drinks available in the lounge - really nice to come back in the evening after a busy day and have a cup of tea and a snack before bed.

From the welcome to the room to the location. It was all wonderful. What friendly front of house staff and a spacious, clean and quiet room. Thank you for ending our trip off nicely. We will be back!

The hotel is extremely nice. The room was large and the bathroom was huge. The hotel was very pretty and very clean. All of the hotel staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed Rick's Cafe on the second floor. It was perfect for breakfast and we enjoyed that feature of the hotel. The hotel was in a perfect location and close to theaters and nice restaurants. Our room was also very quiet and the bed very comfortable, so this insured a good night's sleep which you need to be ready for a couple of days in NYC!

S really comftable, friendly hotel with great sized rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and will offer up help with anything. The cafe on the second floor is open 24 hours so you can pop down for a mug of tea or coffee whenever (proper sized mugs too). Great continental breakfast to start you off and complimentary water.

Right next to Times Square. Staff very polite. Very clean.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight was cancelled so we ended up missing the first night of our stay and they offered a refund for that night without us asking. The staff working in the breakfast area were also very accommodating and they remembered the things we liked after coming for a couple days.

We really enjoyed our stay, and we appreciated the complimentary anniversary gift! The staff were excellent and helpful. The breakfast and lounge were great for a quick bite. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great to walk to broadway plays, Penn Station, Central Park, 30 Rock, the Empire State Building, andn many more tourist destinations. There were also plenty of nearby subway stops to quickly venture to other areas of the city.

We have just spent a 3 day stay in this charming hotel. It’s intimate and very cosy. The staff is absolutely lovely. Very smiling, very helpful. The blonde hair lady at breakfast is so kind. The room was confortable and very clean. It was overlooking the backyard, so it was a little bit dark. But when you are in New York, you spend your days outsider anyway.
Drinks and snacks available all day long are really appreciated.

If we have a chance to come back, we will choose a larger room (petite queen style was a little bit tiny for us).

Location is exceptional - right in the heart of Midtown, walking distance to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central and the NY Public Library. Couldn't ask for a better base for exploring the city.
Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable - exactly what you need after a full day on your feet. Staff were genuinely lovely, warm and helpful throughout the stay.
Rick's Café with complimentary coffee and snacks available 24/7 is a nice touch - appreciated it both arriving late from the airport and heading out early in the morning.
Would stay again without hesitation.

The location was excellent. In fact, I was surprised how quiet the room and hotel was. That there was a cappuccino/coffee machine available at all times was great. There was a very good selection of breakfast food as well.

There were also snacks available ad libitum.

Charming hotel in a perfect location for enjoying theater, restaurants and midtown. Outstanding attention to guest needs. Wonderful breakfasts and snacks included. The dining area/lounge is a pleasant get away of it's own... We love this place!
