A good stay with minor problems.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter left a blanket in the room after we checked out, and they called me right away so that we could go back and get it from the front desk.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. The waffle machine was out of batter for our entire stay, and my wife is gluten and dairy free, so there wasn't much available for her.

Good value for the cost in today's market.
Pros:

Room was good. Breakfast offerings were sufficient Quiet Clean room.

Cons:

Elevator sounde like it needed service. The oportunity to make toast or waffles was a wait due to only 1 toaster and 2 waffle makers. The hotel was busy with construction workers . I am an early starter so it may have improved later in the morning.

Glad it was only for one night
Pros:

Staff was not interested in checking me in... the breakfast was bla... coffee old and bitter... room was noisy with other guests next door and screaming kids... overall a very not good experience.

Great location, rooms are clean when you check in but they never get cleaned again.
Pros:

Location is great. If only staying a couple nights, this is ideal. Pool for kiddos. Close to bike/walking path for long walks.

Cons:

We stayed 4 nights. No cleaning, no extra coffee, no taking the garbage, no extra towels. We ended up leaving a substantial amount of garbage because there just wasn't enough trash capacity. Also, the elevator was broken the entire time and the front desk didn't know "when it would be fixed". Not acceptable.
