The staff was nice but didn’t follow through with my room being dirty to make amends. Maintenance man did fix the shower
Pros:

The location. It was easy to find. Close to the interstate but quiet.

Cons:

My room wasn’t clean. Upon arrival, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and there was a used Kleenex under the sink. The shower plug wasn’t catching leaving the shower weak. The shower walls were dirty.

It was okay-
Pros:

Parking close to the door.

Cons:

The outside was a mess-they were doing some sort of construction with a digger right outside the front door. All the plants were dead and no green grass-the property looked very depressing.

Pool and hot tub were worth the stay
Pros:

Nice indoor pool. Room was good, ac worked well. Breakfast was good, better selection than most I have been to in the last bit. Room was quiet close to main highway and easy to get to.

Parking lot was kinda tight

One big let down
Pros:

Easy parking and check-in.

Cons:

One of our rooms was no good. There was no hand towel rack! The diffuser attachment for the hair dryer was broken. We couldn't control the climate. There used to be a door covering the closet by the door, the door was removed but not the ceiling or floor rails making the place feel kinda cheap. The body soap in the shower was empty. The elevator was having issues and was completely inopperable the last day we were there requiring us to take all our luggage down three flights of stairs.
After midnight one night there was a couple fighting nearby and the woman was screaming at the guy, super annoying! A guy across from us kept making choking/vomiting sounds. There was also construction going on. Breakfast wasn't good and coffee was awful.
