La habitación esta muy bien, muy limpia, y El desayuno esta muy bien tambien.

Cons:

2 Cosas: 1: No tenia servicio de WiFi en mi habitación (113).....solo en la recepcion.
y 2- No tienen servicio de lavandería para los huespedes.

Resepsiyonda çalışanlar daha güler yüzlü olmalı. Odalarda yoğun bir sigara kokusu var. Kaldığım odanın tüller yırtıktı. Otopark sorunu olmaması güzel bulunduğu yer güzel

HAYAL KIRIKLIĞININ BÜYÜKLÜĞÜ!
Pros:

Özellikle oda temizliği ve odada kullanılan çarşaf, yastık kılıfları dahil olmak üzere yastıkların kendiside rahatlık yönünden maalesef berbat ötesiydi.
Odanın içinde geceden sabaha kadar bir sinek gezdi evet odada sinek vardı.
Odayı özellikle jakuzi var diye kiraladık fakat jakuzinin hijyen kötülüğü ve çalışması bizi çok rahatsız etti ve deyim yerindeyse iğrendik…
Heleki üst tavan yukarıdaki odanın tam jakuzi bölümünden -belliki su sızdırmış- inanın sıvalamış bırakmışlar öylece ve kötü bir görünümle görünüyordu…
Odanın bize genel olarak vermiş olduğu izlenim ve hijyen gerçekten çok kötüydü!
Özellikle yılbaşı için kaldığımız otelde ve odasında kaldığımıza çok ama çok pişman olduk…
Odanın o günki (31 Aralık gecesi) 1 gecelik fiyatı inanın o odaya hiçmi hiç değmedi çok pişman olduk bilginize.
Umarım otel ve yetkilileri bundan sonraki misafirleri için çok daha özen gösterip hijyenik olurlar.

Pros:

Girişte resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan hanımefendi çok laubali ve önemsiz davrandı. Daha dikkatli ve resmi birileri olmalı. Otel eskiden daha güzeldi. Bir daha suit odada kalmayı tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Pros:

The staff at the reception are excellent.
The management,especially the night manager,is not suitable for this position.
The room I stayed in was not cleaned.
When I asked for the manager,the answer I got were very indifferent..in short,the staf is excellent.
Zero management.indifference.
I will never used used this hotel when I come to come Samsun again.

I don’t recommend this bad hotel to anyone and I strongly beleive it should be removed from booking.com
Pros:

What ever amenities listed in booking was not true. No iron / iron board

Cons:

I stayed for three nights, every day I ask to clean the room, they never did. Last day I had to raise the issue higher they clean surface cleaned the room by throwing couple of towels, didn’t fill the coffee tray, left the trash in the room and so on. It was like they were punishing me for cleaning my room.

Food (breakfast) was terrible

Karşılaşma güzeldi. Güler yüzle karşılandık. Otelin konumu çok iyidi. Sahile sıfır yeri güzel ama araç parkı için yoğunluktan sorun yasadik biraz. Klima çalışmıyordu. Sonradan defalarca söyleyince yapıldı. Minibar soğutmuyordu. En kötüsü de temizlik oda hiç temiz değildi.
