La atención de Katherine y todo el persona fue genial! Nos sentimos en casa 🏠
Pros:

La ubicación por que nos encontrábamos de paso , la atención de Katherine fue excelente!
Las personas que trabajan haciendo la limpieza súper amables ☺️ la cama súper cómoda, la cocina me encantó pude preparar la 🥘 cena .
La televisión estaba activo también súper bien 👍

Cons:

The 1st room we got was dirty. We pulled the bed cover. The bed was full of hair. There was a Nerf guns on the floor. There was a hair inside the fridge. There’s hair all over the floor. The place was just dirty.

I went and complain so they put us to a different room. The second room smell like smoke cigarettes, which I asked for non-smoking. It’s a little bit better. It’s still dirty. There’s a bucket under the sink because it’s broken each time we use the sink the water were dripped to the bucket and we had to empty the bucket twice. I will never ever book in this place again it’s a waste of my money. I didn’t had a good sleep because scratching myself thinking that everything is dirty. We drove five hours away and we are all tired I just want to go to bed. I will never ever recommend this place again. It’s a waste of my money.

They helped me with the refund process.

Cons:

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches, mold, and the siding was peeling off the building. It looks like nobody cares about that place at all. If I could give a negative number I would. Book the Comfort Inn not too far from there instead.

Never again!
Pros:

No breakfast offered!

Cons:

Hotel is filthy.
No Kleenex in room,
Had full kitchen, but no dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, paper towels, dish cloths, hot pads, soap.
Bathroom had mold growing on the walls & in shower. No soap holder on wall of shower.
Bedsheets were dirty.
Bath towels were not clean.
Hallways filthy.
Poor lighting.
Just disgusting.

Poor service, dirty room
Pros:

The night attendant is very rude and is a big complainer. There was a dirty (grungy brown) towel left on bathroom floor. One bed had a hard rail-like thing down the middle. Day shift desk clerk is rude/lazy. She would not get out of her chair to check us out, but is able to get up to go smoke. Will never stay here again. I'll pay the $30+ to stay in a nice hotel.

Terrible service the hallway was duty. I will never go back there again
Pros:

I stayed for 6 days and they did not clean the room completely they always gave me an excuse that they were overbooked and this and that. Also they told me that I could take the blankets and the towels to the front desk and they will give me a new ones
