The customer service and cancelation policies were bad will not book with Days Inn ever again
Cons:

I completed the online early check in so I wouldn't have to on arrival. When I arrived I still had to do all the
check in again along with giving my credit card info again for the security deposit. This was a waste of my time
as that I was expecting to walk in pick up my room keys and be on my way.
I also on January 1st booked 1 more nights stay for the 17th of January with the Days Inn 800 number, our plans had changed up and on the 16th of January I tried to cancel my reservation for the 17th but was told that because I din not
purchase the insurance at the time of booking I could not be refunded my $145.00. That I had 24 hours from the time of
booking on January 1st to cancel.

It served my purpose which was having a room during my out-of-town visit. Please apply a discount.
Pros:

The location was very good with several stores and eating places nearby. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating! The housekeeping service was great, really great! I did not have to ask; my room did not lack any supplies during my stay.

Cons:

The advertisement for breakfast was deceiving because the hotel only offered granola bars and coffee. The T.V. did not work in the initial room I was given. The young lady on duty, Heidi, was very accommodating and gave me 3 different remote controls to try before assigning me to a different room. The new room I was assigned to was in the corner and had windows with bars and a brick wall outside the windows. I had NO view! When asked for ice, I was given a code which I needed help with. There were unclean spots (appeared to be food or liquid) on the window blinds and the floor base boards were dirty. The sink had a leak which I reported to housekeeping. When using the sink, it left a puddle on the floor underneath the sink.

Pros:

I do like the location it’s surrounded with food spots and a target is near by so that’s nice.

Cons:

I wasn’t a fan about the deposit fee, last time I booked I didn’t have that problem. I was sent a pre arrival check in that I answered online then when i arrived I still had to fill out a form that I already did online. Lastly I kept my room clean but there was an ant problem that was around the sink area, then the housekeeping only knocked on my door once out of the 3 days I was there so I don’t know how frequent housekeeping checks the rooms.
