Cleanliness
4.6
Multiple guests reported unclean rooms, inconsistent room servicing and a dirty pool; several reviews explicitly mention rooms not being cleaned.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful in many reviews (exception: one front-desk cancellation/charge complaint), overall strong positive sentiment for personnel.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised for proximity to shops, fast food, fuel stations and services—frequent positive remarks about the convenient location.
Room Quality
8
Mixed: several guests praised a beautiful room and good beds, while others reported missing lamps/nightstands, noisy pipes and AC problems.
Amenities
4.9
Many advertised amenities were missing or problematic (no coffee machine/supplies, no iron/board, pool unmaintained, wifi issues); incidental fee policy also flagged.
Value for Money
8
Split sentiment: some guests cited good price/service and affordability, while others complained about overcharging, weekend price hikes and the $200 incidental fee.
Food and Beverage
3.6
Strong negative consensus: ‘breakfast’ often absent or extremely minimal (coffee + a bar), guests reported expectation mismatch and called breakfast inadequate.
Overall Experience
6.8
Overall mixed experience: excellent staff and location uplift many stays but recurrent issues with breakfast, amenities and cleanliness lower overall satisfaction.

Pros:

We did not stay at the hotel property due to overcharging/price gouging. The reservation information did not mention a $200 deposit when checking in. We tried canceling the reservation with front desk personnel, which we were not allowed to do per the hotel agent. We were told to call booking.com to cancel on our end. We were charge even after the fact we did not stay at hotel location. My guest and I were not pleased.

Meh.
Pros:

Affordability

Cons:

We chose this site as advertised breakfast. Prior to arrival, we got a nice welcoming email which noted breakfast was coffee or juice and a granola bar. Fortunately Dennys across the street.

Žádná snídaně tam není!!
Pros:

Prostorný pokoj, blízko k ochodům a všem službám.

Cons:

Bylo uvedeno snídaně v ceně, ale žádná snídaně tam není. Pouze káva. Kdybychom to věděli, našli bychom jiné levnější ubytování v okolí.
