But it was a comfortable stay overall

The room was spacious

Cons:

I waited in the lobby over 30mins to get assistance to check and the when a worker came in he wasn’t the clock and his attitude was dismissive, so he said he will go find someone then that took longer

Pros:

Everything from the employees, the location, have a gym also laundry and of course it have a kitchen with a oven!! Overly would recommend this location and it have good deals with pricing mostly for everything they offer!!

Cons:

N/A. Everything is amazing. For some they do close 10pm but that’s not an issue for me.

False advertising for our planned week-long stay. The free breakfast was a lie as there was no breakfast available either free or for purchase. There was no coffee-maker or any other supplies or equipment in its “fully equipped kitchen.” Any kitchen pans, plates, or utensils were only available for purchase at the front desk for a total of $69. Shampoo was only available by request at the front desk. Flat pillows with no extras available. Cancellation and getting a refund has not been successful yet. Very disappointed with this facility.

Horrible hotel
Pros:

This place is awful. The room itself was not horrible, but was old and worn and not well maintained. The room was big and had a kitchen for those who might need that. The price is waaaay too much for this place. It looks nothing like the pictures. Some other guests were shady for sure. The worst part was the back door (which our rom was right next to) sounds off a LOUD alarm every time it is opened. Every time. And clearly people were going in and out that door all night because the alarm went off at least 15 times between 11pm and 5am. One guest who has been staying there for over a week told me that the door does this every day, all day and all night. Do NOT stay at this hotel if you can help it.
