Easy to get to friendly staff close to everything
Be careful if you are traveling from out of town to Little Rock AR, this motel gives you the option of paying at the property and prepaying. I specifically chose to pay at the property which is what I always do. The morning of travel, my debit card was attempted to be charged 4 different times for 4 different amounts but I always keep my debit cards locked because I am finding that some of these motels in Little Rock, AR specifically will attempt to charge your card before arrival. I used to work in hospitality, specifically hotel/casino management and there is no way that is ever a mistake that your card gets charged before arrival unless that is an option you would choose. After discovering this, I called the motel and wow, I must say that the gentleman that answered the phone, was unprofessional, didn't explain the process correctly and relayed false information. I then told him that I would be contacting Booking.com to see what this occurred. I talked to Booking.com and was told that is not on their end. At this point I don't know whose end it was to be on. You have to call the motel to request a free cancellation because no way was I going to stay at this motel that randomly charges your card even though you specifically chose to pay at the property. What if I had not locked my card, they would be locking me into staying or losing at least the total price because it was for one night. This is unacceptable on all levels. This was intentional because the attempt was 4 times for 4 different amounts. When I called the motel back, the guy I talked to previously gave the phone to a woman who I could not understand and the entire time was being condesending and told me that is not on them to cancel the reservation so in essence, they were going to charge me for the one night anyway. I cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one.
Liked the fact it had a full kitchen and good size room but it stunk had to clean everything before we put our stuff out even the wall had to be wiped down
To many shady people staying there staff didnt speak English.
Nice location kitchen set up but would not recommend staying there again also lots of shady stuff going on there…people living there on long term and help didnt speak English…😎

The staff was very nice, but the room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The room smelled so awful soon as I walked in just about knocked me down. Everything was sticky. The countertop was just dirty. I would not recommend anybody staying here.
I came to heal after a surgery and it was wonderful. Quite for the most part, clean and was made to feel at home. Would recommend.
There were sirens but it is pretty much across the street from a big hospital.

The entirety of the hotel smelled like marijuana, bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned. Upon arrival our room door was already opened because housekeeping had yet to finish cleaning and they had already rented us to that room. House keeping barged into the room without notice. Manager barged into the hotel room without notice.
