The cabinets were all falling off when I got in. Nasty used soap of someone’s in the shower!! Black hair on the toilet… I mean it was disgusting.

I will be calling health department & disputing this charge on my bank account

Checked room before I bring in my luggage. Notice sheets were not clean (dry snot),room smells,restroom dirty,kitchen dirty,hole in wall,dust on walls,mold behind restroom sink faucet for not being cleaned. I asked for clean sheets & was denied. I asked why? He stated that he need proof. Took pictures to show him he proceeds to tell me that it's nothing that he can do because this is a private owned company. I asked for clean sheets not a new room. We had to go & buy cleaning products, sheets,blanket to clean a room that should've been done PROPERLY. I also let him know that his lack of customer service was rude. He goes to tell me that I can check out & go somewhere else to stay. We clean when we have time. Lol...
