It was nice
Pros:

I didn't try the breakfast, we slept in, the hotel was pretty clean and stocked pretty well. It would have been nice to have more towels or access to it if needed as well as pots and pans without purchasing them

Cons:

The main thing we didn't like was not having house keeping during our stay and not having access to more towels if needed and maybe some pots and pans for cooking since we had a kitchen but no worries, all was well

The room was terrible. The refrigerator was filthy. The tub was filthy. The sink was dirty. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Not a good pick.
Cons:

No coffee bar, no bkfst, dirty room & old beat up furniture. The hotel in general was very depressing. The rooms had bare walls & no hairdryer. Not a good pick.

This was a very unsatisfactory stay for me and the facilities could have been cleaner and smelled be
Pros:

I got there at 11:04 pm and no one was there to give me a room key. Then once someone was called to meet me it took almost 2 hours and I didn't get into my room until after 1:30 am and the room smelled and the bed was very uncomfortable

Cons:

I only liked the price but would have rather paid more for a cleaner and more comfortable bed
