The room practically didn’t have anything.

The customer service was horrible. My key flopped didn’t work. I got locked out of the hotel. Met a a young lady on the elevator she said she felt unsafe and that the place felt weird to her.
I asked for Internet Wi-Fi password was not given. I called staff downstairs to obtain it. No one answered phone. Was never told about the benefits on staying or any extras like breakfast. Poor communication skills through front staff. But day staff was a lot more friendly and kinder and more welcoming. Wouldn’t recommend to check in at night.

0 out of 5 stars!!! First the lady working the night shift said we couldn’t check in because every night there system does an audit and was down. She said it would take 1-4 hours no apologies. And if this is the case when booking it should be in the description not to check in after 11 pm. We had no where to go no car because we took an Uber. We arrived just around midnight. The second we went outside my card was charged not just the night but also my deposit. When we tried booking somewhere else I couldn’t because my bank flagged as suspicious use for two rooms at two different hotels. Worst customer service ever
