0 out of 5 stars!!! First the lady working the night shift said we couldn’t check in because every night there system does an audit and was down. She said it would take 1-4 hours no apologies. And if this is the case when booking it should be in the description not to check in after 11 pm. We had no where to go no car because we took an Uber. We arrived just around midnight. The second we went outside my card was charged not just the night but also my deposit. When we tried booking somewhere else I couldn’t because my bank flagged as suspicious use for two rooms at two different hotels. Worst customer service ever

I still haven’t had my deposit returned from my stay on 12/24. I was told it would take 10 days-now on day #27. They adv there is Coffee in room. There is NOT , it took 2 trips downstairs to be handed a coffee maker and then cups, coffee pouch, etc.

I stayed there about four times and then all of a sudden they don’t wanna take my credit card anymore. Had me stranded with a bunch of food because I was going to cook with my girlfriend and had to waste it all this place is a joke.

The hotel was great , staff was great . you cant find anything for $80 bucks this good ! The front desk was freindly special thanks to a short young lady I forgot her name .

No Breakfast, just coffe and muffin
Hotel property appeared safe and clean. Staff was friendly. Microwave, fridge and stove worked. Pots and pans were newish condition but have to be requested at the front desk.
Bed was uncomfortable, it felt old. The stove was old and the fridge was off when we arrived and I didn't notice until we returned after our event. Stove fan light didn't work.
