It served it purpose since my flight was canceled but wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

It was kind of close to airport

Cons:

It seems dirty. There was a cockroach in my shower in the morning. And the bed sheets/blankets were scratchy.

Pros:

Lo único positivo es la hubicacion.

Cons:

Está muy descuidado, las alfombras y los baños están sucios, los muebles quebrados, muy descuidado. El lobby muy sucio , los pasillos sucios, el elevador sucio, parece que hace mucho tiempo que no aspiran, ni trapean los pisos, el personal como si estuvieran enojados, con muy mala actitud, el hotel tiene un olor muy desagradable. Parece de esos hoteles que rentan por meses. Es un aspecto muy desagradable.

Cons:

Gross. The hall stunk of cigarette smoke. Entered my room and there was a horrible chemical smell. Carpet was gross. Came out the next morning around 8/9am and the breakfast bar was empty. Like it had never been stocked or straight up robbed. The beds suck!

Inside room 132 closer to the window is lop side on one side, like someone really heavy, sat in the corner and broke it
Pros:

I thought I would like breakfast and the proximity to the airport and why I initially booked.

Cons:

Faith was a sour puss the morning we attempted to leave. She was not very helpful when we asked questions. Made me feel like we were an inconvenience.

Pros:

Close to airport. Staff was attentive. Free parking.

Cons:

We smelled marajuana upon arriving. The rooms are older and not worth the price. This was the second most expensive room in my trip out west for an entire week, it was not worth that. There was a group of women standing outside the front door at 2am.

So dirty and disappointed we paid a big price for such a gross experience.

Cons:

Room was filthy, not vacuumed, dried ice cram from prior people dried on counter, toilet dirty, pubic hairs in shower, toothpaste spray all over sink faucet and all over the mirror. Floor in bathroom not swept. It was gross and for $158 I should have a clean room. Trash at end of hallway full , ketchup all over the floor dried up, hallways very dirty .

I will not recommend nor stay at this hotel ever again.

No bathroom in lobby for customers just arriving to use before checking in. ADA issues: 1. No handicap buttons to open main entrance doors to open to walk through or bring luggage in/out. 2. No way to keep room door open to maneuver into room. 3. Room assigned had no shower for mobility issue customers.
Had to change rooms due to water leaking/ not turning off in bathroom. Second room had electrical outlets issues.
Employees/front staff not welcoming or accommodating to someone who needs the restroom and then told they couldn’t check in till 3:30pm.
Continental breakfast was disappointing.
Property states it’s a smoke free hotel but clearly it wasn’t. Property needs maintenance issues done, updating, a designated smoking area to say the least.
