Nice but needs improvement in cleanliness.
Pros:

Staff is great. Under new management and they are trying to change things.

Cons:

Cleanliness needs improvement. Had plaster dust in the vents of the AC and blew dust all over the place. Found and killed 2 roaches. Everything else was cool.

Lugar horrível. Atendimento malicioso. Possíveis problemas de todo tipo envolvido.
Pros:

1) O local é extremamente sujo nos corredores e em todos os lugares.
2) tive um problema sério com meu carro parado no estacionamento do próprio hotel, que ninguém resolveu no hotel. Ao contrário, gastei 400 dólares por culpa absolutamente exclusiva do hotel. Já reclamei até na sede do grupo do hotel. Cuidado! Não deixem o carro lá!
3) tem muitos hotéis no mesmo preço próximo. Não pare nesse de jeito nenhum. Só se quiserem ter todo tipo de problema possível.
4) em tempo, não existe café incluso. Simplesmente, não existe, fora o café preto.
Fuja desse hotel. E olha que eu vou para Charlotte umas 5 x no ano … sei o que estou falando…não vá!

Pros:

The room was clean the fridge the bathroom 0

Cons:

That they didn't have dishes for the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke in the hall way when I first arrived and my room smelled like cigarettes from the hall way but it was good the rest of my days

It’s ok but the hour wait to get into room was ridiculous had to call booking site to speak with rep for my room

Cons:

Rushing to get parking permit due to towing. Roach was in bathroom and security deposit wasn’t given back when she stated once checked out it will go directly to card. 5 days passed already

Terrible, accept for young lady on staff when I checked in at 4:30pm
Pros:

Terrible. There was no coffeemaker in room. I haven't stayed at a hotel without a coffemaker in 45 years

Cons:

No coffemaker or coffee. I had a paid reservation paid for Room with one Bed, they rented my room, and gave me a double full side bedroom
