A pleasant short stay with a room for 4, ideal for a brief visit or transit in London.
Pros:

We stayed for one night in London while in transit between flights (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The room matched the price and expectations. We liked that there were EU electrical sockets, the breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel is located close to Buckingham Palace and not far from Victoria Station.
A big plus was the luggage storage, which we used so we could still go out in the morning to see the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε μία πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και κοντά στο σταθμό Βικτώρια.
Είναι πολύ καθαρό ..είναι ζεστό με ανακαινισμένα μπάνια και άνετα κρεβάτια.
Το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο για κάθε πρόβλημα που που μας δημιουργήθηκε.
Η τιμή είναι πολύ καλή καθώς και το πρωινό που προσφέρεται από το ξενοδοχείο.

Cons:

Το μόνο παράπονό μας ήταν ότι το δωμάτιο το οποίο είχα κλείσει μέσω booking δεν ήταν το ίδιο με αυτό που μας πρόσφεραν αλλά όταν αναφέραμε το πρόβλημα αυτό αμέσως μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο και μας έδωσαν αυτό το οποίο είχαμε διαλέξει από την πλατφόρμα του booking.
Καθώς ήμασταν τέσσερα άτομα 2 παιδιά και 2 ενήλικες το πρώτο δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό.
Ήταν δίκλινο και μας το είχαν κάνει τετράκλινο.
Αμέσως όμως μετά από την αναφορά μας μεταφερθήκαμε στο δωμάτιο που είδαμε στη σελίδα.
Οσο για το δωμάτιο το μόνο το ελάττωμα του ήταν ότι η πρίζες και τα φώτα ήταν πεσμένα από τη θέση τους και φαίνονταν τα καλώδια.
Και ενώ το πρώτο δωμάτιο είχε μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και άνετο για δύο άτομα ,στο δεύτερο δωμάτιο που μεταφερθήκαμε το κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά μικρό για δύο άτομα ...χωράγαμε με πολυ ζόρι.

Great location! Good stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the tube, train and coach stations. The room was nice and tidy, located on the ground floor, and was unexpectedly quiet. There was some slight noise from the rooms above, but the shower was great. The staff were friendly. Luggage storage was available, which meant we could explore freely without carrying our bags😊

Cons:

The carpet is quite old. The aircon seems can’t be adjusted, it stays fixed at 26°C, which felt a bit warm while sleeping. Ground floor bedroom next to toilet.

L'hôtel était super bien situé, le lit hyper confortable. Quand nous avons eu besoin de solliciter le personnel, ils ont été très réactifs et attentifs. C'était essentiel. Merci !

Cons:

L'isolation sonore n'était pas top. Mais le gentil personnel fait vite oublier les tracas.

Muy buena ubicación, le falta un poco de cariño.
Pros:

La ubicación me gustó, tiene comercios muy cerca, supermercados, restaurantes y paradas de BUS. Fácil de llegar desde Victoria Station. La atención, fueron siempre muy coordiales, la chica de limpieza super amable. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias, se aprecia, al igual que el baño, la ducha, bien limpio y agua caliente para bañarse. Tiene secador de cabello, que nos fué muy útil. Nos dejaron café y leche. se agradece. El hotel no tiene ascensor, así que para quienes no pueden con las escaleras, deben pedir las habitaciones de los pisos bajos.

Cons:

La tetera tenía cabellos por dentro (la chica de limpieza muy amablemente nos ayudó con esto), el aire acondicionado no podías cambiar la temperatura y se apagaba automaticamente a mitad de la noche, la habitación es un poco calurosa, así que a mitad de la noche debías encenderlo de nuevo. Estuvimos en un tercer piso, y el suelo de las habitaciones rechinan, los huéspedes del 4 piso hacían mucho ruido al caminar durante toda la madrugada y escuchas cuando bajan las escaleras (muy ruidoso). Entiendo que la tarifa al ser económica, no sea un hotel de lujo, pero los cuadros de la habitación estaban rotos los marcos, la cortina mal instalada y arrugada, la alfombra deshilachada. los muebles con algunos daños estéticos.
