Not worth the money. If you asked for a bottle of water at reception they would have to ring around to find out how much
Pros:

The only thing we liked was the shower and the bed been comfortable.

Cons:

Number 1 the staff need to work on their hospitality skills as they do not talk or communicate with each other. They put us on the 3rd floor which is a track to climb. We have seen women trying to carry suitcases up the stairs on their own and staff wouldn’t help them. Check out is at half 10 but you have the option to pay 10 pound per hour for late check out which you can only be till 12:30 so we paid the 20 pound the evening before check out. They still came and knocked at hour door at half 10 to ask us to leave as check out was half 10 even tho we paid the extra 20 pound to check out at half 12.

You can hear every creek on the stairs in your room. We got barely any sleep with the amount of noise.

Cons:

Les 4 étages sans escaliers et la salle de bain avec les toilettes vraiment collés au lavabo, déçu par rapport a la dernière chambre louée au 1er étage.

Attention to detail is lacking, bathrooms are too small. Not enjoyable at all for the price you pay

The day we booked out & a refund for one night due to the reasons I've wrote below.

Cons:

On arrival, our first room: TV didn't work, air con didn't work & to round it off, when we returned in the evening, the smell in our room was disgusting. It clearly smelt of sewage. They didn't have another room to move us to until the morning, so had to sleep with the smell. We had to move our clothes to a friends room, so they didn't smell for the next day. We got a move to a room two floors up, which proved difficult due to the stairs with a bad knee, but that's all they had apparently. In the 2nd room, it was even smaller, the carpet didn't meet the gripper, door frame was rotting & the toilet, you couldn't sit on it, due to being too close to the wall in front!

Comfortable, clean and safe.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. The beddings and towels are nice and clean. Room and the bathroom was clean. Shower was really good. Large shower cabin with good pressure warm water. It was a safe environment. It was also in a very quiet street but there were many restaurants nearby. 10-minute walk to Victoria Station.

Cons:

The windows were dirty. The hairdryer was not stable.

Pros:

L'emplacement, endroit plutôt calme, bon accueil, rapport qualité prix, petit dej correct et très simple et pas cher, 7,5 livres, local safe pour les valises.

Cons:

Lit pas confortable, moquette vieille et dégoûtante, rien pour accrocher les serviettes, murs en carton, on entend tout, hôtel vieillissant, mais fait l'affaire tout de même si vous l'avez à un bon prix

Pros:

Местоположението. Много близо до автогара Виктория, първа и последна спирка на автобусите до летищата. Банята беше малка, но удобна, с хубав душ. Има климатик. Районът е тих, добре осветен, аристократичен. Прибирането късно вечерта е безопасно.

Cons:

Имаше малък проблем с картата за отключване, но беше решен.

Great location, but a cramped room.
Pros:

Great location just south of Westminster.

Cons:

One of the tinyest London hotel rooms I've stayed in. I challenge anyone to sit on the toilet, since the bowl nearly touched the wall in front of it. The location was great but I made sure I stayed out as I didn't want to spend too much time in the room. It would have been especially awkward for more than 1 person.

Buenísima ubicación, barrio muy tranquilo y súper cerca del transporte público. Personal muy amable. Habitación cómoda. Estuve muy bien. La ducha lo mejor!!

Prix trop élevé pour le manque de propreté, mais personnel agréable
Pros:

On a aimé la gentillesse du personnel et le très bon emplacement au cœur de Londres.

Cons:

Dommage pour le grand manque de propreté (toilettes sales, couloir délaissé, vaisselles pas très propres, serviettes de toilette tachées). Prix trop élevé pour cette pauvre qualité.
