La struttura è senza ascensore, camere piccole e sporche ( ciuffi di capelli sulla moquette/ insetti).

Pros:

Posizione super comoda per Victoria Station, da dove ci si può spostare con qualunque mezzo e anche comodo per il treno da/per Gatwick. Se ci si vuole spostare a piedi è comunque fattibile raggiungere senza problemi le mete più turistiche

Floor carpet covered a hole outside of bathroom and there was uneven portion near the bed which was a safety concern. Management was notified and stated housekeeping had not notified the management.

Good location.

Cons:

Stayed in a basement room. The window couldn’t be opened, and the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted, so it was quite cold at 15°C. There was a lot of noise from the upper floor, and the area outside the door was very loud due to the dining zone. Additionally, the bathroom door kept getting stuck. Overall, not very comfortable.
