The staff were extremely nice and understanding of our situation with all the travel changes that unexpectedly happened. And the rooms were really clean and spacious.
I didn't like that the trash cans didn't have any bags inside them, as all our previous hotel experience included them. It made cleaning up after ourselves a little harder.
The staff were super friendly and personal.
Not the property’s fault but there are a lot of homeless people living around the hotel.
Very friendly staff with nice lobby bar and restaurant. Room was extremely quiet. Dog friendly.
Attractions and restaurants were a 20+ minute walk
The hotel was lovely & the staff was wonderful.
The neighborhood didn't seem 100% safe.
It is in a neighborhood that is not yet amazing. There was a homeless shelter across the street & sometimes people were sitting or lying on the sidewalk.
Spacious room, comfortable queen beds which fit 2 people, breakfast was decent.
Noisy AC, the room wasn’t really clean with some dust here and there. We were 3 people and they gave only 2 sets of towels, when asked for third set, it came but shower towel had holes. Breakfast policy about having only 2 vouchers per room is ridiculous. No water bottles were given to us as complimentary gift while the Holiday Inn Express gives them - this is disappointing for a 4* hotel.
We literally got the smallest room in the hotel. I sent 2 messages to the hotel via booking but never received a response
It has a history look.
We eat breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel and the wait was really long to get our food. That needs some improvement
Staff was great and having convenient and delicious food available was great for a bad weather night and the departing morning
A lot of the tourist attractions were a drive away so location-wise wasn’t great with needing to use a Lyft ride 10+ minutes away
