All in all it was a good stay. I would stay there again.
Pros:

It has a history look.

Cons:

We eat breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel and the wait was really long to get our food. That needs some improvement

Excellent staff and delicious restaurant with a comfortable bed
Pros:

Staff was great and having convenient and delicious food available was great for a bad weather night and the departing morning

Cons:

A lot of the tourist attractions were a drive away so location-wise wasn’t great with needing to use a Lyft ride 10+ minutes away

Pros:

Everyone was so friendly upon entering & very informative. Loved the location we walked to the M&T bank stadium for a concert. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel said they would refund us because the AC was not working but they did not

My stay was very cozy and safe
Pros:

Kim at the front desk was very nice and so was this man, I did not catch his name. It was an older gentleman who help with my luggage!

Misleading Points and Cash
Pros:

IHG has a predatory site feature that applies the points plus cash feature without explicit consent. They imply that you are using your points and then paying the rest in cash, but instead have you buying the points so that they are non-refundable. They don't make it clear and make a refundable fare mainly non-refundable. Terrible customer service as well.
