Amazing one night stay
Pros:

Wonderful customer service the bed was so comfortable that I don’t want to get out of bed; it was more comfortable than my own bed. I stayed at the Indigo for a conference and it was a perfect location

Pros:

Comfy beds, beautiful and big bathrooms and very quiet rooms. Breakfast was outstanding. Lovely stay!

Cons:

The breakfast is not fully included in the room price even when it says 'breakfast included'. You will be asked to pay taxes ordering it.

Staff were amazing!
Pros:

The room was good though a full length mirror and tissues in the upstairs loft would have been great addition to keep from having to go all the way up and down the stairs to the bathroom. Other than that the room was good, bed was conformable, and shower pressure was great.

The highlight was the staff, from Shamea & Rochelle to Carlton, they were so accommodating, personable, and really just wonderfully authentic which really added to our overall experience!

Thanks for a great stay!
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean! All the staff was nice and professional and very helpful! Thank you for a great stay! Valet parking was very helpful! Especially to a person that wasn’t familiar with driving in Baltimore traffic!

Family friendly clean hotel in a great historic neighborhood, couldn't ask for more at the price.
Pros:

The hotel staff was beyond lovely. I felt like they all cared about us, we felt very much at home. Kim at the front desk could not have been more helpful. The hotel bar/restaurant POETS is lovely. The atmosphere and food was delicious, great cocktail menu too. It was extra special that one night they had a jazz trio.

Cons:

The cost of the valet was a bit high.

Improvements required
Pros:

Good Location, Clean , most of the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Rooms were tired and lacked storage space . Requesting simple things like extra coathangers seemed to cause a major challenge. We were always one of the first people down for breakfast and yet still you ran out of or did not have simple items that were stated on the menu..( bananas as an example).. you need to do better for prices you are charging.

Quick overnight
Pros:

Clean, centrally located, street parking and garage available. Unfriendly night receptionist. I asked if parking outside by the parking meter was OK and she said it was reserved for the valet. It is public paid parking, not owned by the hotel. She activo told me to move the car to the garage across the street. Boo.

Pros:

Nice, clean, good value
Pros:

Happy with the stay for me and my daughter while visiting Baltimore for 2 nights. It’s an easy 15 min to the waterfront by car and parking across the street costs $15 a night if you don’t want to park on the street. I don’t know how walkable it is because we drove everywhere. Room was updated and had a nice view of the cathedral and the western skyline. Quiet floor, comfortable bed, and pleasant staff. I would gladly stay here again.

Okay in every way
Pros:

Building is beautiful. Staff is meh. Rooms lack storage due to poor design choices. Bathroom should have a towel bar somewhere. Housekeeping came really late (after 3pm) so we ended up not getting house cleaning.

Spring Break Staycation
Pros:

With flying being slightly uncertain in the world’s current climate, I was able to make alternate plans fast and make the best of Spring Break. The location was clean, quiet, and peaceful the entire time. The staff were very accommodating and kind. They even allowed us a tour of the rooms designed like lofts! The restaurant staff, specifically Alicia welcomed us with the most warming smile and provided amazing service. The food was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the corner views of the city was so gorgeous that you can see the sunset from the large windows. I’ll definitely be back for a stay and even recommend Hotel Indigo to colleagues, family and friends.
