Excellence and History in Downtown Baltimore
Pros:

My friend and I arrived at Hotel Indigo a day early for my appointment at Mercy the following day, and our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Perry met us outside, helped with our luggage, and took care of our car. He was such a sweet and helpful young man.

We checked into our luxurious corner room on the 7th floor with Rochelle, who was equally warm and welcoming. Although we didn’t have a harbor view, the scenery was still beautiful, and we could even see Mercy Hospital from our room.

The room itself was lovely. The shower featured gorgeous brown-and-white arabesque tile, and the spacious vanity with its sunken sink offered plenty of room. The toiletries were plentiful and had a delicious scent.

After settling in, we spent part of the afternoon walking through the historic Mount Vernon Neighborhood, admiring the beautiful architecture and enjoying the energy of the people of Baltimore. There were lots of graduates celebrating, and we had the pleasure of taking photos for some of them, which made the experience even more special.

The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets, a fluffy comforter, and luscious pillows. We had a wonderfully relaxing night’s sleep.

For dinner, we both ordered the Lexington (Caesar) salad topped with charred salmon, shrimp, and crab cake over nicely chopped romaine and shaved Parmesan, finished with a delicate anchovy emulsion. It was absolutely delicious.

Darcy, our server, was prompt, congenial, and an absolute doll.

Overall, our stay was exceptional, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff made all the difference. Between the lovely accommodations, delicious food, exploring the neighborhood, and the outstanding hospitality, it made for a memorable visit.

Awesome
Pros:

Came in to stay for the game , your hotel was beautiful, staff was so kind even wishing us a happy anniversary, beds slept great and walkable to the stadium. We valet parked made things easy. If you had a shuttle to the park, that would be amazing.

Perfect spot to rest and reset
Pros:

This hotel is positioned perfectly in one of the most historic areas of downtown Baltimore. A beautiful building from the 1800's that was originally one of if not the first YMCA in Maryland. Indigo is within minutes walk of both Ravens and Orioles stadiums, as well as the Inner Harbor one of the cities must see sights. Lastly the dining options are endless in the area, make sure you check out the Magdalena the only 6 star restaurant in Baltimore and the only restaurant in the world with a Robert Parker Wine Cellar. That's so Baltimore 🙌🏾

So welcome
Pros:

The hotel is my go to place in Baltimore, I have stayed here five times over the last three years. The staff is so friendly and go above and beyond to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This time I had dinner and tried the delicious crab cake sliders! Afterwards it was great to be able to walk off my dinner at the hotel gym.
I loved the art pieces on display by Baltimore based MICA artist, Roo Taylor.
The Basilica, Library and public parking are across the street, so convenient! Will stay again!

Charming first-class hotel - right in the city
Pros:

What a great stay - I travel a lot and was glad to get away from the cookie-cutter Marriott Courtyard style. Each room is unique - I had a beautiful one with views of The Basilica right next door, An easy walk down to the waterfront - the restaurant's menu was not extensive but everything we tried was excellent. The perform daily room service without asking - that seems to be a forgotten service! Cannot say enough about the great service I received from Jors at the front desk on check-in. This will be my GO-TO lodging for any future trips to Baltimore.

Cozy and comfortable.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The decor was lovely and calming but unique. Nice options availble food and amenities. Staff was warm and efficient.

Cons:

Could have used more towels. Curtains did not close all the way. Shower needs some fresh grout. Room was small. It may have been a squeeze for more than 1 person.

Great Stay. Great Day!
Pros:

I stay here monthly and always have a good stay. The restaurant is great and the staff is super helpful. The rooms are kind of dark. But it has a boutique hotel feel. I really like the body products in the bathrooms. They smell great!

Perfect! We would (and will) stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful - well maintained and VERY comfortable! EVERY single staff member is phenomenally nice and helpful! Manager Kim went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even getting us a last minute room for our daughter to crash in after helping her sister through 36 hours of a very difficult labor and the delivery of our first grandchild! We can’t say enough good things about the Hotel Indigo!! This was our first stay in an IHG property, but it won’t be our last thanks to the wonderful impression this week left on us thanks to everyone here!!

Cons:

Nothing that the hotel could control was bad - the only negative we experienced was that the hallway smelled like weed a couple of nights. The staff immediately sprayed to cleanse the smell on both occasions though.

Pros:

Hotel staff is beyond compare, kind, accommodating, and very aware of how you make you feel welcome. Lovely restaurant and bar, nice sitting area to visit.

The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are clean, but it is time for new carpets and a little fresh up.
