The property is great love the location the staff is awesome every time I go and it’s always nice clean peaceful.
I can’t say because I loved everything.
Happy with the stay for me and my daughter while visiting Baltimore for 2 nights. It’s an easy 15 min to the waterfront by car and parking across the street costs $15 a night if you don’t want to park on the street. I don’t know how walkable it is because we drove everywhere. Room was updated and had a nice view of the cathedral and the western skyline. Quiet floor, comfortable bed, and pleasant staff. I would gladly stay here again.
The property was well kept and adorable
Building is beautiful. Staff is meh. Rooms lack storage due to poor design choices. Bathroom should have a towel bar somewhere. Housekeeping came really late (after 3pm) so we ended up not getting house cleaning.
With flying being slightly uncertain in the world’s current climate, I was able to make alternate plans fast and make the best of Spring Break. The location was clean, quiet, and peaceful the entire time. The staff were very accommodating and kind. They even allowed us a tour of the rooms designed like lofts! The restaurant staff, specifically Alicia welcomed us with the most warming smile and provided amazing service. The food was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the corner views of the city was so gorgeous that you can see the sunset from the large windows. I’ll definitely be back for a stay and even recommend Hotel Indigo to colleagues, family and friends.
The restaurant food was not very good. Room service came only one out of the three nights I stayed even though I made multiple requests. The neighborhood is sketchy. The black woman at the front desk was amazing. The white old woman with the glasses was kind of strange and invasive.
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff is very friendly and my room was excellent. Please provide one to two complementary bottled water for rooms.
I love the front desk, she greeted me and was very friendly.
Valet I requested my car it took 15-20 minutes to get my vehicle I was first in Que.
Wonderfully redone hotel in the heart of Baltimore - from later evening front desk service at check in to a brightly-lit room with a view and great little cafe to have breakfast before departing - very enjoyable and easy stay! Nice that it does not feel like a chain, more of a boutique hotel.
Checked in late but service did not lack! Desk person was courteous and helpful and even offered his services before he left in the morning. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. Wonderful hotel and I felt very comfortable and relaxed although my stay was brief.
I was here with my wife and had the most wonderful experience I have ever experienced at a hotel! The staff! OMG the food!!! I am just so grateful I got to experience this time with all these absolute wonderful people! Dakota, Alicia, Veronica and Shameria. Thank you all!
Wonderful historic building. Very nicely converted in to a hotel. Well done.
There was no guide or listings for the TV channels. A lot of clicking to find something to watch.
We couldn't get breakfast because they were short staff and asked that we wait 20 minutes. We didn't want to do that so we checked out and left.
Everything is actually 30min from here, not location friendly. No amenities whatsoever! & don’t even have a complimentary microwave the microwave has to be rented! I’ve never ever heard of that! SMH, my air didn’t work, no apps on the tv & the remote barely worked! Overall my birthday weekend stay was not so great for over $400!! SMH
Everything
No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom
Overall the hotel was excellent.
Carlton the doorman was super fantastic!!
The valet service was good.
The Poets Restaurant was great. The food was excellent and the service was great!!
However the housekeeping was not the best. We requested fresh towels ahead of schedule but did not receive them. I called the front desk and was told they would be there shortly - that did not happen so when I saw the towel cart in the hallway I grabbed the towels myself. There were no wash cloths and they never arrived. When we came back from our event there were fresh towels but no wash cloths and no bath mat. I had to call the desk again in the morning for the wash cloths and they did arrive in a timely manner.
We also did not understand why the trash was not removed and why the bed was not fixed.
We also had issues with the keys. We had to request multiple keys as they were not reading the entry pad.
The staff members at this location were absolutely amazing, from the time I called to confirm my reservation to the time I checked out the hotel. My last interaction was with Ms. Rachelle Watkins and she was extremely present and helpful when I expressed my concerns about the cleanliness of our room. She was knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns. I appreciated that.
This hotel experience has been one of my best. I went in March 2026 for the NSBE Annual Convention. All the front desk staff were so kind and helpful, always going above and beyond for any needs. Whether it was printing out copies of a resume, helping find a bottle opener, or always being a kind, welcoming face.
