The staff was very helpful and wonderful!!
Very beautiful artwork
Omg my stay was amazing everyone treated me like family! Alicia the server for breakfast and Dakota and ty at the desk. Me and my family will definitely be back.
Great location, bar/restaurant and staff.
No critical remarks.

Location
Itchy from bedsheets. Left at 2 am we were so uncomfortable.
Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and professional. The location was convenient for walking to restaurants, the symphony hall, art museum, etc.
Overall, we were surprised that it was not a comfortable stay given the price and the overall good ratings here and on other websites. The problems were related to the structure of the building what felt like surprisingly low quality/worn out furniture and products. There was not good noise insulation, so we heard banging and loud noises from other parts of the building all through the night, making it difficult to sleep. The curtains were not as dark as usual hotel blackout curtains and there was a large gap around the room door. Many of the power outlets in the room did not work (like the ones that are built into the furniture didn't actually have power). The water pressure was weak. The building didn't have good ventilation and there were many stains on the hallway carpets. There was a very strong smell throughout the building, kind of like a strong cleaning agent used to mask a bad smell.

breakfast was good. Not many small options, oatmeal only came with bananas but the coffee was good!
The rooms have coffee makers but no creamer or sugar. there is no luggage holder to place your suitcase and there is not a single bar or hook in the bathroom to deal with the towels
Expensive to park and little on street options. Across from large homeless population that felt less safe with my child walking to dinner at night. Also asked to use new credit card for room payment rather than the one used to hold the reservation. Just checked my bank account and they didn’t make the change.
The overall cleanliness and location were great.
I booked a room through Booking that included breakfast, but upon arrival at the front desk, I was told it did not. Later, I discovered that my credit card was charged twice: one for the Booking package that included breakfast and the other for the hotel room alone (note that these were not pre-authorizations but actual charges). After reporting this to Booking’s customer service and submitting proof of the bank statement, I was told I’d receive a response within 48 hours. It’s now been a week with no progress or updates. Regardless of any misunderstandings or issues between Booking and the hotel, travelers should not be the ones to bear the cost. I hope I can receive a refund as soon as possible!
