Size of the room and location of the hotel
Unavailability of advertised amenities, hot tub, damaged walls , noise disturbances, but most importantly , dishonesty and fraudulent claims by the hotel manager , P.C. for a refund if I vacated the hotel earlier than my original reservation .

Clean room and comfortable bed.
Entire facility and room smelled heavily of Marijuana. The smell was in the carpet in my hotel room as well. Additionally, although there was a galley kitchen, there were no cups, utensils, or even a small coffee maker.

The terrible smell. They also did not have any shampoo.
The staff were wonderful. The room was really large. It was much quieter than expected with a full parking lot and so many rooms with pets. The kitchen was super helpful, however the stove burner were not level.
Easy walk to the a joining gas station and other store to walk that area with pet, including at night, well lite.
The pull out bed was not comfortable with the bars, but probably what to expect for a pull out bed.
The property had signs to stay off grass that it had been chemically treated, including in the section that appeared to be designated for pets. Not sure how long the signs had been out, no dates on the signs.
We only stayed overnight, but the kitchen was clean and everything was in order!

Good sized room which was clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel is well located next to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, ideal for those needing to stay for a long period of time.

Very noisy and disruptive guests with children. Front desk woman had an attitude and was rude.
Location was good, Robin at the front was quite friendly and helpful.
The room was never serviced for housekeeping despite staying there for 11 nights. We requested it at the 7 day mark but apparently no one was available? All we got were towels and new sheets but that was after sending a long email. The oven was dirty, the taps were shaky and creaking, the shower was off, hot water wasn't consistent. Overall a quite difficult 11 nights.
