Yatak berbat rahatsız. Check out yaptım. Otelden çıkışım 20 dakika sürdü , çünkü bir araba otopark tan çıkışı engelleyecek şekilde bırakılmış. Müşteri aracı çıktı. Benden istenen araç anahtarı hanımefendiden istenmemiş. Bu kadar bekletilmem????
Yatak ahşap olduğundan aşırı gıcırdıyor ses çok rahatsız ediyor yatağı yerinden cikarip yerde yatmak zorunda kaldık

had a deeply disappointing experience at Afflon Hotels. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable throughout my stay, which made even basic communication and work difficult. The service overall was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, I was treated with open disrespect by a receptionist named Mohammed. In front of his manager, he outright said he didn’t care whether I was happy with my stay or not, and repeatedly laughed at me when I raised my concerns. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of service or courtesy.

2 ayrı odada konaklama durumunda kaldım.. genel olarak iyi, temizlikte ilki kötü sonrası iyiydi. Şarj aletim kayıptı, ilk gece resepsiyonda yardımcı oldular, sonraki gün hiç kimsenin umurunda olmadı.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einem Whirpool innen drinnen leider war es aber teilweise schmutzig allgemein war das Zimmer schmutzig.

Kaldığım 20 Aralık-22 aralık arasında resepsiyonda bulunan çalışanlardan memnun kalmadım otel gibi değilde resmi kurummuş gibi tavırları rahatsız ve hoşuma gitmeyen davranışları vardı onun haricinde otel çok iyiydi
Öncelikle giriş esnasında resepsiyondaki bey bizi güzel karşıladı ve 14:00’dan önce müsaitlik doğrultusunda odamızı bekletmeden verdi, check-in gayet profesyonelceyei. 2 gecelik seyahatimizde odanın genişliği ve konforu iyiydi. Kahvaltıya ayrılan bütçe yeterli ve çeşit olarak fazlaydı fakat bu malzemeler bence daha iyi değerlendirilip daha lezzetli ve güzel bir şekilde sunulabilir. Genel olarak fiyatı göz önünde bulundurunca gayet memnun kaldım diyebilirim.
Heerlijk hotel op een top locatie! Het ontbijt was echter niet lekker en het personeel aan de receptie kan wat vriendelijker zijn. Al met al (weer) een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Wir waren eine Woche hier, alles prima. Der Zimmerservice hat uns dreimal 'vergessen', deshalb keine vollen 5 Punkte.
Zimmer sind toll, Bett und Bad gut.
Frühstück ist super, würde ich wieder mitbuchen.
Die Lage ist ruhig und der Hafen zu Fuß erreichbar.
