Great location for writing and reflecting by the water.
Pros:

Right on the water and conveniently located in Red Bank. We walked to a restaurant for dinner.

Great Hotel, very good service from start to finish.
Pros:

Great staff interaction, friendly. Great room with a beautiful view. Easy to get to my conference at Molly Pitcher Inn. Had only one quick night but it was amazing.

It’s a beautiful hotel and a beautiful location with wonderful staff. Gym needs to be fixed.

I can tell you that your staff is exceptional, and I hope that you can incentivize them for their wonderful behavior

Cons:

I did not like the three out of five devices in the gym did not work. This is really not acceptable and you have to fix this.

aside from accessibility, it was enjoyable and comfortable.
Cons:

While there are ramps at the entrance, there is barely adequate space to maneuver a wheelchair, and there no automatic door openings, making it very difficult to accommodate getting a wheelchair-bound person inside.

Awesome, magical, and never disappoints!!!
Pros:

We love oyster point Hotel for many reasons, it’s Location is amazing. The views of the Navesink River are incredible, it’s a small enough hotel to where it feels intimate and comfortable, the rooms are also very nice sized and generous you don’t feel crammed in - the lobby is super warm. It’s got a beautiful glass elevator and everywhere you look it’s crisp and got a modern yet warm vibe and is beautifully decorated - the staff is amazing. We’ve got a lot of history there. We actually spent our wedding night there, got engaged there and every time we go, we’re reminded of how much we love it and it feels like a home away from home!!! ❤️

Feeling disappointed
Pros:

Very Clean with a great view. The staff was excellent and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all. The hotel charged us $50 more on my card than the receipt showed. Worse they charged my card an additional $380 that no one can explain why…. Patiently waiting to speak to someone in accounting as the manager has no clue. I will say that as long as everything‘s rectified, I will gladly change the review.
