We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

The location is excellent—very central, making it easy to explore Sydney on foot or by public transport. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sydney.

The location was close to everything

Cons:

We moved rooms after 1 night, I left a shirt hanging in the wardrobe. After moving I contacted reception who said they were going to ask housekeeping. They never returned my call, after chasing it up again, I was informed that there was no shirt in the room. 🤷‍♂️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sydney. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we felt very welcome throughout our visit.

The hotel offered great value for money, and we especially appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location, kitchenette was ample, I needed privacy and they were happy to leave me alone. Blackout curtains were fantastic. Right in the heart of everything.

Cons:

Only a stool in the room to sit on. I had specified I was a person with mobility issues. Difficult to get up from - and what if there were two of us? Where would the other person sit?

Convenient CBD location
Pros:

Great CBD location within walking distance to stores, eateries, and public transit.
No issues with our room. Enjoyed the double decker bus tour provided by the hotel on Wednesday nights. Not many other activities available, and no pool or hot tub. If you want to use the free washers and dryers, i recommend early mornings as they are frequently in use later in the day. A few more would be helpful.

Cons:

As soon as we arrived, we were constantly asked to attend the Wyndham resort meeting. Said we were dissappointed with the last session we attended so declined. They insisted so we gave up and said yes. The next morning we were rang at 7.15am and then again at 730am and then again at 8am. We politely declined the invitation again. Did not appreciate the phone calls at all. This sales tatic should be made aware to guests when they are booking a Wyndham hotel or resort. We will not be booking a Wyndham hotel again due to this.

Pros:

Very pleasant aparthotel with kitchen and friendly staff, on walking distance of lots of small restaurants, large supermarket and bus and trains. No traffic noise but also no window to open. Free laundry facilities. Cooking is possible with basic equipment
