Clean room, excellent staff, great location to trains and Sydney. Would stay again. Has laundry services if needed.

It is situated for Central station and easy access to Metro/Train and Oxford Street precinct as well. Lovely property and quiet at night.

Great location, but several issues detracted from my stay. When I checked in, the staff told me they had run out of toothbrushes and that replacements wouldn’t arrive for another five days. I also felt uncomfortable when they tried to sell me timeshare packages, maybe I got targeted for it because I was travelling alone.

The most unacceptable problem was the drilling noise from the room above before 8 am. When I phoned reception, the receptionist insisted there was no drilling and said maintenance would look into it later. The noise had stopped after the called. By the time the maintenance worker knocked on my door at 9:30 am just after I had managed to fall back asleep.

I understand that maintenance is necessary, but please don’t start at 8 am, pretend you don’t know about it, and then wake guests again to “check” their room when the problem clearly isn’t there.

Great location,5min walk to Museum u-ground station and nearby shopping centre. Fast check in and out.adequate lifts.Unit clean and comfortable, included kitchenette ,TVs in both sitting room and bedroom. Large sliding doors to very small outside balcony. plenty of space. On checkout was able to leave suitcases in cloakroom. Will stay here on future visits to Sydney.

Convenient location that was a reasonable walk to the light rail for transportation to Circular Quay. Complementary laundry was great to be prepared for our cruise after 6 days in Sydney. One bedroom unit was very comfortable & roomy.

The room was very spacious and wel laid out. Air conditioning worked well in very hot weather. Walking distance to Central Station.

Property was well positioned, all staff were courteous. Room was well maintained and very comfortable. Overall excellent.

It was good to commute to my local office because it is near by Hyde Park.

This property well exceeded my expectations. The apartment was amazing and clean.

Everyone at the front desk was amazing! From holding our luggage before check in, to offering dining options to answering all our touristy questions! Loved our room!

Convenient

The room needs to be better designed - for instance, the TV should face a chair, not the bed; the toilet roll was at an impossible angle if you are seated on the toilet. I particularly liked the empty 'fridge, and the provision of a microwave oven - good idea !

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff

Good location close to the city with friendly check in staff. The kitchenette is well equipped. We stayed for two nights but housekeeping didn’t attend to our room even though we were out all day - not sure if this was a mistake or they don’t offer daily housekeeping by default.
