Convient aux anglophones ou experimented fluent speaker
Pros:

L'emplacement. La chambre avec salon, cuisine, sdb ... Un appartement. La cuisine bien equipment. En général le personnel est aimable mais "restrictif" si vous n'êtes pas anglophone natif. La chambre m'a èté attribuée avant l'heure d'arrivée. Produits d'hygiène de qualité mais limité structement aux produits basiques shampooing, après shampooing, gel douche et lotion de corps. Je n'ai pas expérimenté la piscine et la salle de gym.

Cons:

Pas de balance pour peser les bagages. Explication succincte lors de mon arrivée car j'ai demandé "can you speak slowly becouse my English isn't amazing ". Du coup quasi arrêt des explications ...
Le jour de mon srrivée j'ai mis l'étiquette "no disturb" pour récupérer du voyage. Étiquette que j'ai retirée le lendemain matin. Conclusion : 5 nuits sans ménage et ravitaillement en serviettes. Disposition bizarre du porte serviettes loin de la douche.
Le troisième jour, je me suis apperçue que l'on proposait aux anglophones une visite gratuite de Sydney. Après ma requête, pas de chance, la visite est organisée le jour de mon départ.
Fréquentant régulièrement des hôtels 4* partout dans le monde, le service et les equipements ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4* international.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Sydney

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

The location is excellent—very central, making it easy to explore Sydney on foot or by public transport. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sydney.

Won’t be going back.
Pros:

The location was close to everything

Cons:

We moved rooms after 1 night, I left a shirt hanging in the wardrobe. After moving I contacted reception who said they were going to ask housekeeping. They never returned my call, after chasing it up again, I was informed that there was no shirt in the room. 🤷‍♂️

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sydney. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we felt very welcome throughout our visit.

The hotel offered great value for money, and we especially appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location, kitchenette was ample, I needed privacy and they were happy to leave me alone. Blackout curtains were fantastic. Right in the heart of everything.

Cons:

Only a stool in the room to sit on. I had specified I was a person with mobility issues. Difficult to get up from - and what if there were two of us? Where would the other person sit?
