Simple clean family accommodation. Would stay again.
Pros:

Stayed for a short family get away. Went for local shopping, food and Museum. Walked everywhere but trams right outside door if needed. Great size accommodation for family with pre teen children. Simple but clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Very relaxing, though short, stay. Will return.
Pros:

Excellent location in very interesting and lively suburb. Friendly staff on arrival and departure. Upgraded to superior room. Quiet despite busy road for cars and trams. Breakfast at cafe was delicious - terrific service from Henry and Johnathon!

Easy fix to make more comfortable next time
Pros:

Location was great and staff really friendly, spacious apartment.

Cons:

Only two really flat horrible pillows on the bed with no extras anywhere in the apartment. Only two towels supplied when 4 guests in the room.

Great size & value for money but a bit scruffy
Pros:

- central Walkability
- size of the apartment
- great staff
- very well organised
- plenty of information for amenities
- overall a super easy & good stay

Cons:

- the room needs a good thorough clean. e.g The skirting boards, door frames, furniture, kettle, toilet bowl.
The main things like the sheets & towels etc were great.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Close to trams or walkable to CBD.
Very spacious accommodation. It is more of an apartment than just a room.

Cons:

The rooms were quite hot and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. The rooms were also quite dark. Furnishings were a bit outdated but adequate.

The bed could be comfier. My toddler banged her head on the wood which we thought was soft but she found the corner block and it caused a nick in her head.

Apart from the reason we were in Melbourne it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Nice and close to St. Vincents hospital and food outlets. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were cheerful.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is a bigger supply of coffee.
