Amazing stay in Greenmount and we have been a few times before. Never disappoints as great value for money, service always attentive and polite and the room very functional and comfortable. Sad to see it closing down. Wish the staff and management well with the future.

This is an old Hotel which has been renovated to some degree. The room was a great size 2 singles, 1 Q bed. Unfortunately, it’s being torn 😢 down for a completely New highrise building. This is in such a gorgeous part or the Southern Gold Coast near the Airport. It’s Sad to see it go away. We would have stayed here again.
Rooms are Looking very dated, think a new building is going up soon, so this will be pulled down. Very very limited parking, parked out on road on the hill.
Unfortunately lift didn’t work for 24 hrs- I had 9 flights of stairs to climb - lucky I’m fit…
Cheap and super location. Parking is poor as they prepare to construct new ultra modern property to replace existing. We found everything clean and staff very nice

Very clean room and lovely staff .great location. Sadly its closing so the outside was a total mess witch didnt matter but it would have been nice to use the pool area that was still open disbite looking like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks .

Do not consider this at all. It is a CONSTRUCTION SITE. Due for demolition in April so minimal maintenance, lots of machinery noises, only one lift working (and making very scary noises). Not worth $20 a night! Difficult and dangerous access and egress. Extremely limited parking.
