The staff there were very nice, both the receptionists and the bell staffs are so helpful and sweet.
Pros:

The size of the room is decent.

Cons:

The hair dryer is small and takes ages to dry your hair. Secondly, there was barely outlet for charging😅

Over my expectations, you cannot be disappointed
Pros:

Nothing to complain about. From the check in to check out, everything was perfect. The receptionists, concierges and staff were very professional and helpful.
The room was over my expectations, spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable king size bed.
Nice pool and gym.
The breakfast buffet is the highlight of this hotel, the choice is amazing, I loved it.
The location is perfect, close to the city train station and 5-minute walk to the Petrogas Twin Towers.

I really enjoyed my stay, I liked it so much that I already booked a second one.

You cannot be disappointed. I cannot add too many pictures but I will soon post an online complete review.

Výborne!
Pros:

Hotel sa nachádza v dochádzkovej vzdialenosti od Twin towers a KL Tower. Stanica nadzemky je doslova pred hotelom. Personál je úctivý a milý, vždy nápomocný.
Izba bola veľká a zariadená všetkým potrebným, denne upratovaná - tu nie je čo vytknúť.
Raňajky formou bufetu, aj teplé (miestne jedlá) aj studené - tu človek nevie čo skôr.
V rámci hotela je aj Hard Rock café - čo sme uvítali aj pri príchode aj pred odchodom.
Boli sme naozaj spokojní a v tomto prípade ide o výborný pomer cena/hodnota. S čistým svedomím môžeme tento hotel doporučiť.

Cons:

Troška tvrdšie postele - ale žiadny tragédia.
Mali sme okná orientované do ulice, kde oproti hotelu prebieha stavba novej budovy - ráno o 8:00 začali búchať, ale samozrejme, hotel za to nemôže...

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig an asiatischen Gerichten. Europäisches Frühstück mit Käse und co war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Trotzdem war es aber ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. ansonsten war alles super. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hygienisch und die Betten sehr komfortabel.

Very good hotel for stay in KL
Pros:

Perfect hotel, with very good location, clean and comfortable, very good breakfast, kind and frendly staff. We had beautiful view with Petronas towers. We were for second stay there and come back again. Thank you!

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. A good selection for breakfast. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang where we accessed the Hop on Hop Off tour bus. Hard Rock Cafe was also attached to the hotel.

Good hotel good value
Pros:

Friendly staff, good room, spacious, clean, daily room services, good location near light rail station, in-house restaurants such as the excellent Chinese restaurant , good breakfast included, quite good value.

Cons:

Some noisy door/window slamming by wind/people during days and nights unfortunately, did reported to reception.
