Pros:

Location was accessible and had several commuting options - Mono rail station nearby, Bus and Taxi's availability. Petronas tower is at walkable distance and the road to reach is safe even during nights.

Family friendly with perfect location
Pros:

we loved our family suite it was big nice room with walk in closet and 2 toilets, even the view was amazing looking for KL tower, loved the lighting in the room specially in the dresser area.
also amazing location everything is next to you, 5 to 10min walking distance
breakfast is good with lots of options, room service also nice and fast.

Cons:

all was good nothing to complain about, keep up the good work !

停水問題蠻倒霉的，也沒有任何補償
Pros:

Cp值高，交通方便，早餐好吃

Cons:

住宿期間遇到熱水管破裂全館停水，然後應對措施極差，還要大家省水，然後也沒有很主動積極通知每一個房客處理方法，最簡單的給礦泉水還要去櫃檯要，太差勁了
