Actually this is suppose to be a rest & relax holiday, but instead we go crazy shopping for hari ray
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, location good. This was my 3 or 4 stay here. This time round, was here with my sis in law and her husband, every nite we will come down for supper, the staff are all friendly.

Good place to stay
Pros:

They have a bathtub which is very convenient for kids. The view towards Masjid Shah Alam is beautiful, and the area is surrounded by many coffee shops and great food nearby.

Wake-up call for Concorde
Pros:

We stayed at one of the premier floors n had some good priviledges that we appreciate.
I was happy that hotel provided hand n face towels in room (apart from bath towels) rather than some 5 star hotels needing u to request thru housekeeping. As usual, face tissues are only provided in bathroom - should also be provided at the dining area.
Food at the premier lounge is good, has sufficient selection except end time for dinner (6-8pm) is too early. If only it can be extended to 9pm...

Cons:

The room was dated, wallpapers were peeling n shows signs of needing tlc. Furniture was dated, worn-out indicating well used.
Aircond was not cold enough during the day but comfortable during night time. We were mostly out during the day but coming back to the room, we continued sweating even tho' aircond was on. We were profusely sweating during dressing up for our son's wedding!! Mirror should be placed at the dresser, not only at the wardrobe area 🤨.
Could be maintenance issue or aircond is at its last leg 😊.
