Pros:

Strategic location, and their breakfast is good

Cons:

Room condition really need to upgrade, especially the bed, sofa and door lock. It's really old, not vintage.

Wonderful hospitality and a pleasant stay.

How sad..
Pros:

Location, live band at nights

Cons:

Used to be a legandry but now significant run- down hotel (i.e broken phone wire, no room phone ringing tone, smelly room, water-stuck bath tab) and sobre , non-smiley , inexperienced staff at reception counter & cafetaria.
