Desperate need of a freshen up.
Pros:

Location was close to where I needed to be.
Staff were excellent and very helpful

Cons:

The room was Very Very run down.
Shower screen door was missing a pa el and did t close, shower head went everywhere except at me.
Curtains very old and didn’t prevent the lights from cars parking outside my door

Pros:

The room was clean, aircon was amazing. Staff were very nice and friendly. Convenient location to Townsville city and the beaches nearby. The pool was amazing

We are comfortable and have rested pretty well.
Pros:

The staff are accommodating and easy to approach..the place is neat and tidy as well.

Cons:

We cant cook rice because we are not allowed.its prohibited to cook inside the room.
