Nothing to complain about.
This was the first time we had travelled with a pet and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Although parking was described as "limited" and "not allocated" we didn't have any difficulty parking next to our room.

Location to Central Park where we attended a concert was a 10min walk away and handy to shops as well as road in/out of Townsville
A bit aged in the rooms, but definitely nothing to complain about whatsoever

Booked for 4 nights, no service, had to ask for tea and coffee and towels.
Sink in bathroom was brown, shower doors were black at bottom
No breakfast.
This used to be the no.3 motel in Townsville. We won't be back.
Nice rooms for the price
Rooms weren’t serviced in 4 days. Office hrs were not as advertised. Laundry room had cut off hrs but were locked much earlier than stated on signage. Travelling for sport, many families were unable to access the washing facilities in shortened timeframes. Resulting having to wash items in shower or basins.
