Pros:

I arrived late so I had to call staff to help me with late check in, they verified my booking and I got my key - process was quick! Facilities were basic and clean, room was cool on arrival, location was great and staff were friendly. The best part was that view - having a dip in their pool at night looking up to Cathedral and beautiful changing lights on the hillside. Will 100% be staying again when in Townsville!

Cons:

Netflix didn’t work in our room but the wifi did, so we just pulled it up on our laptops - not a huge issue. Watched the AO anyway!
