Will not stay at this property again and will not reccomend.
Pros:

The hotel and room were clean.

Cons:

The hotel only offers housekeeping every 8 days. The only way to get clean linens is to put them in a laundry basket and take them to the front desk for a change out. Vending machines empty. No ice or bottled water available for guests.

Couldn’t even have a conversation in our room before other guests were pounding on the wall. Was told it was a guest that always complains. But makes other guests feel very uncomfortable. Would never stay here again.

Room size and location is great but the room was filthy, the pullout bed had mold on it. For the price it is definitely

The pullout sofa bed was moldy, floor was sticky, bathroom wasn’t very clean, just general uncleanliness in the room.

Good rate and would stay here again in a pinch and only for a short time, 1-3 days.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location with lots of retail and dining options in 1 mile radius. Good rate for extended stay when other hotels price gouge over football weekends, even if you’re not in town for the event.

Cons:

The efficiency kitchen (extended stay) lacks pots and pans, cooking tools (spatula, large spoons, etc.), cleaning supplies (dish soap, sponges, etc.). Poor ventilation - the room was always musty when we entered. We’d open the windows but on hot days, couldn’t do that for too long. Towels were always damp. Seemed a dehumidifier was needed. Half the gym equipment was broken. More than half the washing machines were out of order.
