Cons:

First room was mouldy and had a leaky aircon unit, the wall was soft from the leak being unattended for a long time.
The team was unable to move me as the hotel was fully booked on the first night, I was able to move on the second night

Staff were very friendly and responsive - rooms are a little tired, and could use with a fresh coat of paint... but for the price paid per night, the room was fine - very comfy bed, and was a nice quiet sleep

Run down room, old and worn out, air con hardly worked and a pain to turn on. The closest cabinet made noises when opening and closing. Simply not the room we expected based on the marketing photos you see on the website.

Location is fantastic! Staff was great! It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, had all the amenities for a nice stay.

No lift but staff helped with the luggage. Small room. A little bit rundown inside. Sealed windows and no view at all.
