Staff and location excellent. Rooms outdated and tired
Pros:

The Staff were all excellent and location perfect for what I needed to access. The late checkout option until 1pm was fantastic and so was the airport drop off

Cons:

The hotel has not been updated since 2000's and it shows. I read the reviews and took it with a grain of salt but it's in fact quite average. They need to invest money into the place.

Great location, great staff, great value for money
Pros:

Close to restaurants and bars and transport. Free access to a superb gym. Staff are all super friendly and helpful, reallly exceptional service.

Cons:

Rooms are a little old, furniture, flooring, carpet etc are a little worn. But, definitely not a problem.

Would avoid at all cost
Pros:

Nothing DO NOT STAY HERE!

Cons:

Situated above a bar/nightclub which is not advertised online! Extremely loud music blasting till 12am to the point that the floorboards were pulsating. Room was also tired and dirty with cracked sink and hair on the towels. Would avoid at all cost if you are looking for a quiet nights sleep. Staff offered a free breakfast as compensation but in my opinion it was not sufficient for the disruption the noise caused

The hotel needs some TLC.
Pros:

The location was close to the cbd. The design and the space created by the mirror.

Cons:

There were cockroaches running around the room and a pubic hair was on the toilet seat.
