There wasn’t anything. I had correspondence with reception before our stay not once did they say there was footpath work being done for 4 months & no parking to actually check in. And the place smelt & mould everywhere. I took photos for proof.

エレベーターが無いという説明が無かった。重い荷物を2階に上げる必要があった。高齢者や体の弱い人には不向き。
バリアフリーでは無い。
レストランが有ると説明があり、3食の朝食代金を支払ったが、レストランは無く徒歩2、3分の喫茶店に行かされた。冷たい風が吹く路上で朝食。3日目の朝食はホテルスタッフが不在で朝食券が交付されず、自費での朝食となり、領収書をホテルに提出しても返金が無かった。契約違反、朝食代金詐取。
部屋は思ったより狭く、大きなバッグを広げたら、足の踏み場が無い。
隣接部屋の声や上の階の足音がドンドン聞こえ、うるさい。
洗面台の傾斜が緩く水が流れ出ない。不清潔。
シャワーはシャワーホースが無く、天井から水が落ちて来るタイプしか無く、自分自身の身体を動かさないと体を洗えない。シャワーがストレス。
