The receptionist is very bad on her part, the attention and the help she offers you is terrible, I make my reservation and on the page a check-in schedule appears and the receptionist says that I can't at that time that she waited for me longer, very bad experience
Just ok
I stayed here for a wedding. Everything was clean and people were friendly. There was also a decent continental breakfast. One thing that stuck out, my boyfriend forgot his key while I fell asleep and he went to the parking lot. He called and knocked but I slept through it so he had no choice but to talk to the desk. They were worried about my safety so when they did let him in, they insisted they speak to me directly to make sure I was okay and he wasn’t a stranger. Although it was an inconvenience for my boyfriend, I am happy they make sure all their guests are safe.

I am a Marriott bonvoy member for over 30 years. I will second the other recent reviews. This is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had with Marriott! If I knew they were doing a complete renovation with workers staying there I would have never booked it. My daughters room she could hear every conversation in the next room including burping - was disgusting. Terrible water pressure, noise difficult parking because of the containers in the parking lot. Worse than a motel 6!

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. I had my reservation for weeks, and no one bothered to inform me that there would be renovations and inconveniences during my stay. It was noisy, and they didn’t even tell me the water would be turned off for 4 to 5 hours! Omg. I had to go down the street to use the bathroom.
Here’s the worst part… I am the guest and paid full price for this horrible experience. The staff didn’t really care and frankly could not do anything about it. But when I called the general manager, he was very defensive, showed no empathy for what the guests are going through and said there’s nothing he can do about it. I wanted compensation for this horrible experience that I paid full price for, but he wouldn’t even give me a discount. On behalf of all of the guests that stayed there that weekend in May, I will be going up the ladder to talk to corporate and filing a complaint at the Better Business Bureau. What a horrible way to treat your guests. I won’t be returning, ever.
