The staff was reasonably nice. The room was small but reasonably clean.
I object to paying to use a parking facility when the facility is already full and the administrator does not provide security for the facility.
The hallways and building in general were cold (<60 deg). The amenities were a bit expensive. I wasn't treated as a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member. I was told that I wouldn't receive points for my stay since I booked through your website.
Car parking fee
Had two rooms that connected one of the reason chose the hotel, Flor made sure our request was granted prior to check in. I always call before but many times from other properties I get the yes to connecting rooms and end up not connected to our teenage kids. I was so happy she took the time to block off for us. We enjoyed our stay, clean and simple. Breakfast was fine…not super special but did the trick. Great places to eat in cute downtown San Carlos and easy to get to. We were there for Baseball Tourney and was easy drive to 4 different fields we had each day. We even went to the air museum next door. Staff was welcoming, warm and just a comfortable spot to get good nights rest. Just what we needed for this trip.

Don’t like paying for parking. Should be part of the service. No complimentary bottled water. Staff was a bit lacks on explaining the facilities and amenities when we checked in.
The request I put in for a handicap accessible room wasn't honored, even though I received a confirmation email that it was going to be provided.

Very lovely stay with top tier breakfast and help when needed. Two young ladies were wonderful at restocking the breakfast for a busy morning last Saturday! 10/10!

Pool which was advertised as open was “under renovation.” Breakfast room too small with no place to sit. Broken thermostat in room.
Breakfast was good. Oatmeal was a nice inclusion, I may be one of the few that enjoys it.
