Pros:

Liegt sehr zentral, Personal sehr freundlich, eigene Tiefgarage. Es ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, ABER es wird peu a peu saniert. Frühstück war auch, wie zu Hause.Aalet jut🤗

Cons:

Klar ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird renoviert. Daher auch die günstigen Übernachtungskosten.

Cons:

Since opened the entrence door a very bad smell, in the room was worst, not clean, we couldn t sleep because of a permanent noise, breakfast until 9.00, at 8.50 they told us it s close, check out at 11.00- since 9.00 to 11.00 they came in our room 4 times opened the door to see if we ve left, very bad experience.

Stanza ampia e comoda, anche il bagno era comodo. La struttura è datata ma mantenuta bene. Comunicazione chiara e servizi automatici per self check-in con arrivo in tarda ora. Apprezzato il posto auto coperto.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich im Zentrum und deshalb kann man dort Abends leicht ein Restaurant zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung von 2 Zimmern über booking.com, kam eine E-Mail für nur 1 Zimmer mit Code für Haustür und Zimmertür. Nachdem ich Email geschickt und die Handy Nummer mehrmals gewählt hatte, meldete sich jemand und meinte, dass die Immobilie seit dem 1.10.26 verkauft sei, ich solle an der Rezeption die Festnetz Nummer anrufen, welche dort stehen würde, diese hätte Rufumleitung aufs Handy. Da würde mir dann geholfen. Als wir nach dem Essen, es war mittlerweile 20:30 zurück kamen, war die Rezeption besetzt und uns fiel ein Stein vom Herzen. Vielen Dank, dass wir dieses Problem lösen konnten.
Besser vielleicht direkt eine Handy Nummer direkt groß an Außentür und Rezeption aushängen. Gruss Oliver Pöllmann
