Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Tolles Ausstattung.

Es gibt gute und schlechte Zimmer
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und wir konnten am Vorabend eine Wunschzeit äußern, wann wir frühstücken wollen.

Cons:

Uns haben das Zimmer, das Bad und vor allem die Betten enttäuscht. Das Bett war geschätzt nur 1,60 m breit mit einer durchgehenden Matratze. Wenn sich eine Person bewegt hat, wurde der andere mit bewegt. Da ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Auch die Kissen waren alt, sehr dünn und nicht mehr geeignet. Das Bad war alt, eng und renovierungsbedürftig mit einem Duschvorhang. Das ist für mich nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Was mir allerdings den größten Ärger bereitete war, dass es im Hotel durchaus gute und schöne Zimmer gibt mit normalen großen und bequemen Betten und neuem Bad. Wir sind drei Familien zusammen angereist und die anderen zwei Familien hatten zum gleichen Preis schöne Zimmer. Leider habe ich das erst am Abreisetag bemerkt. Solche Ungleichbehandlung ärgert mich sehr, zumal das Hotel so gut wie leer war.

Pros:

La gentilezza della proprietaria, l'accoglienza, la pulizia delle camere e la colazione.

Cons:

Sicuramente la posizione non è il massimo per chi viaggia per turismo dato che è in una zona industriale, ma è stata comoda per noi in bicicletta per spezzare la tappa tra Mannheim e Mainz.

Not clean and no breakfast

The checkin was friendly.

Cons:

Hotel is old and not clean. Old is ok but not clean is unexceptionable. We book over 100+ hotel nights a year for our colleagues. Never had problems but this time they refuse to stay the second night in the hotel. We kindly asked to refund the second night without complain or bad review but owner didn’t want to give any money back. We had unfortunately no other choice than book another hotel and write off the costs we pay for this hotel. Very customer unfriendly. Sure owner will replay to this message that hotel was fine etc etc but we disagree and we do not understand why we couldn’t cancel the future night as this simply didn’t meet anything from our expectations which were simple: a clean hotel with breakfast
