Pros:

Хороший отель с удобным расположением относительно аэропорта. Все было хорошо за исключением подушек. Поменяйте подушки пожалуйста, ну очень жесткие не смог спать. Во всем остальном было отлично и с кроватью и с санузлом. Очень интересный смеситель на душе, позволяет с точностью до 0,5 градуса регулировать температуру воды. Но подушки надо менять))) Еще хотелось бы отметить, завтрак начинается, если не ошибаюсь с 5:00 утра, как бы рано не улетали позавтракать успеете.

قامت موظفة الاستقبال بالسماح لي بالدخول مبكرا وعمل ترقية..
الفندق نظيف، ودورة المياه مجهزة بشكل متكامل، ويوفرون ماء للشرب..
وبالإمكان الذهاب إلى مول أوف اسطنبول مشيا على الأقدام..

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin.
L’hôtel est confortable, chambre spacieuse, bien équipé et surtout literie confortable.
Un grand merci à l’équipe en charge qui peu importe l’heure a toujours le sourire et exécute un service impeccable.
Pour moi c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Sehr enttäuschend!

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht zu empfehlen
Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Besonders negativ ist uns das Verhalten des Rezeptionspersonals aufgefallen. Ich hatte eine Nasenoperation hinter mir und habe deutlich wahrgenommen, wie Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption untereinander gekichert und sich über meinen Zustand lustig gemacht haben. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und respektlos.
Auch das Frühstück ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Es wurden teilweise Lebensmittel angeboten, die offensichtlich nicht mehr frisch waren – insbesondere Gemüse wie Tomaten, auf denen bereits Schimmel (weißer Belag) zu sehen war. Geschmacklich war das Angebot ebenfalls nicht überzeugend.
Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war ebenfalls mangelhaft. Schon beim Check-in fiel auf, dass das Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt war. Die Dusche war nicht sauber, der Boden wies Flecken auf und machte insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Zusätzlich kam aus der Lüftung im Zimmer regelmäßig ein unangenehmer Geruch.
Der Frühstücksbereich war morgens zudem unangenehm kalt, vermutlich weil die Türen ständig offen standen. Auch unser Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde ignoriert – stattdessen bekamen wir ein Zimmer zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, was insbesondere nach einer Operation sehr belastend war.
Insgesamt entspricht dieses Hotel weder in Bezug auf Service noch Sauberkeit oder Komfort den Erwartungen. Ich kann es daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
