Pros:

The location was great, short walk to the mall, restaurants, and stores, but be careful walking traffic is crazy, sidewalk uneven, and narrow walking space.

Cons:

Beds was hard felt like sleeping on slabs of bricks and pillows were very uncomfortable. I didn't buy the breakfast I was told it wasn't worth the money.

Pros:

the staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel itself was consistently clean. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, especially for vegetarian options.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small—fine for couples, but very cramped for groups—and the bathroom is even smaller, with no proper ventilation, which makes it uncomfortably hot. The facilities were extremely disappointing: the gym equipment didn’t work, and the sauna and hammam areas were essentially non-functional, with no staff present and poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi was also very poor, especially considering the price.

In terms of food, while breakfast was good, there was a noticeable lack of protein options. The location is also misleading—although some reviews mention proximity to the metro, the nearest station requires about a 20-minute walk through Istanbul Mall just to reach it. The hotel is only conveniently located if you’re visiting the Asian side for specific purposes like wedding shopping; otherwise, it’s far from central attractions, roughly 1.5 hours from the main city .

Pros:

Very good location - close to the main road and mall, but easy to reach and find.
Big private parking.
Amazing breakfast. I stay in Istanbul quite often and breakfast here was probably the best I had within the hotels of this price category. Really pleasant surprise and worse the money.
Polite and friendly stuff.
Comfortable beds and quite room with all necessary facilities.
