Pros:

Very well maintained hotel and very quiet area, close to Kroger

Cons:

The smell inside the room was unpleasant (maybe some were smoking previously, before offering such room again, a deep cleaning should have been processed. The staff proposed us another room, but we were too tired to move and we declined

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Internet and tv great.
Staff working on Thanksgiving very pleasant.

Cons:

Room was freezing when we entered. Was on AC not heat. Heater turned off and on all night… loudly.

We would return here!
Pros:

Breakfast had a good selection of choices. Staff checked it several times to be sure the trays were full.
Location was very convenient to our weekend activities.

Cons:

The beds are extremely high and were a bit stiff. As a short, older person they were a bit difficult to get into.

I went to breakfast and it was good. The cleaning staff was very good, and very friendly.

Cons:

The directions on the GPS is very poor. We are from the area so we knew where we were going. But it took as through town until we found our way.

Pros:

Staff was fantastic - friendly, well trained, pros that are good at their job. The property and rooms are very dated, but clean and quiet. If I need to stay in Martinsville again, I'll stay at the Best Western.
