Great non-casino place to stay in Las Vegas.
Pros:

This was an excellent smaller value hotel within 2 blocks of the Las Vegas Strip. There was plenty of self parking on-site at $10 per night. It was a good value, with spacious suite style rooms, but not many other bells or whistles. My room had a kitchen, so I could make my own coffee or cook a meal if I’d wanted to. There was a Target within an easy walking distance, so I could buy fruit and yogurt to eat in the morning before I hit up the MGM grand breakfast buffet, also nearby. It was clean and safe, and the staff was very nice.

Pros:

キッチン設備がしっかりしていてまるで家にいるようでした。電子レンジや冷蔵庫、コンロに加えオーブンや食洗機もありました。食器もそろっています。

Cons:

バスタブのない部屋だったのが残念だった。

Top Lage
Pros:

In einer Nebenstraße zum Strip gelegen, schräg gegenüber vom Bellagio. Dadurch sehr zentral und theoretisch ruhig. Großes Plus der eigene Parkplatz (für 10 USD am Tag).
Hatten ein Studio mit Küche, die auf jeden Fall genügend Ausstattung für ein eigenes Frühstück hatte. Bequemes Bett, Zugang zum Hotel und Fahrstuhl nur mit Zimmerkarte.
Würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wenn jemand nicht in den großen Themenhotels mit eigenem Casino übernachten möchte.

Cons:

Der Verkehr war trotzdem durch die Fenster zu hören und der kann in Vegas viel und laut sein.

Pros:

A una parallela dalla Strip, non richiedono le resort fees, cosa non scontata per Las Vegas.
La camera dispone di un piccolo cucinino, è pulita e lo staff é disponibile.

Pros:

The hotel is just off the strip which I am a fan of close but not as crazy of a vibe as some. The bed was actually really good for a hotel bed which is pretty rare I feel like. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Although a little out dated it was clean which is my number one requirement when selecting a hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was the pool is under construction which we knew going into it. They do however offer passes to the hotel pool next door and that worked well just a couple extra steps needed.

Best place to stay in Las Vegas
Pros:

It is a great combination of location, price and convenience. Very short walk to the strip, you will appreciate the quiet, comfort, spotless cleanliness, facilities that look brand new, large rooms, full kitchen, and a price that is almost half of what you pay in the mega hotel next door. And the staff all smiles and ready to assist.

Perfect and so close to the strip
Pros:

Location was great! Can literally see the doors into miracle mile shops and Planet Hollywood -Walgreens was 3 min walk away! There was also a target 5 mins walk away. We were lucky we could see the sphere from our bedroom window (rm 501).

Pros:

I feel very lucky to have found such a great hotel right next to the Strip. First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Alyssa at the front desk :)

The room was also very spacious, and everything had been thought of — an oven, plates, cutlery, a coffee machine, and more. The room was extremely clean. Thanks to them, I had a wonderful Vegas experience.
