This review is about, Alice. The exceptional, friendly, Houseman who gave us the white glove treatment at The Carriage House.
The place has been remodeled sine the last time we were here. The room is modern and the beds are alright. The dips or curves in the mattress is the inly complaint. We were tempted to trun/flip the mattress. The pool this time is under renovation. No coents there. It was cold and rainy. Hopefully the new rebuild will have ADA access as well. We stayed in the ADA room and it has worked out so well. The hotel staff are nice and helpful. Alice and the housekeeping crew are efficient and on it. They provided great service. It is nice to be near the strip and far enough as well.
The carriage house is great! Right in the heart of Vegas but no casino. Always clean and Alice was very helpful getting us what we needed!
It was very close to the strip. The property is locked at night only enter with key or there is a guard at door.
It was a little outdated. The shower head was not properly working.

Love the small quiet hotel near the big noisy strip life.
Looking for a place WITHOUT Resort Fees? Looking for a roomy stay, with a full kitchen? Try the Carraige House. Just off the Strip, it offers free parking and no surprise fees. Clean and well maintained. We didn't use the pool as it was January. They do have a combo Pickleball/Tennis court.
Now, if you want a place with a casino, this isn't for you, but you are right across the street from Planet Hollywood. This place is certainly a hidden gem.

Alice has helped us out at night time . Our experience has absolutely wonderful. And quick anytime we request anything. Definitely makes us feel at home here during our stay. Our room is so clean and nice ever since we checked in! Great experience that’s why we come back all the time
