Great stopover!
Pros:

Kristin at the front was warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and well equipped - very comfortable. Best pillows ever. It was easy to get to from highway.

The pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and provided clean towls and blankets.

Cons:

Beds very uncomfortable, bed toppers and sheets were stained and room had a ding smell, room needs dusted and floors steamed cleaned. They also charge Pet fee per night.

Best time that I have had in a very long time.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional and delicious. It was nice to be served. The pool and hot tub was excellent also the room was clean. Thank you, employees for a wonderful experience.

Pros:

It seemed that everything was new and clean. Clean rooms, with large bottles of soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner hanging up (not the tiny ones). Great staff. Amazing breakfast, they even serve you. The beds are very comfortable. It was better priced than the surrounding hotels. I have stayed at two of the others and liked this one much better. Rushank at the front desk was personable, respectful, helpful and never made us wait for anything.

Family friendly polite, clean, and best breakfast
Pros:

This Best Western is the best hotel I have stayed at. My family and I have been staying here over the New Year's holiday for the past several years. We always find the rooms, common areas, and pool area clean and in working order. The breakfast is stocked full of delicious varieties of options, meeting all dietary restrictions. Every member of staff is attentive and polite.
